2 /5 Mike M: Bad return experience here recently. Met with many questions despite having the original receipt, payment method and returning only a few days after purchase. To the stores credit - the return was processed just fine, but the experience was unpleasant and stressful. Sales person / store manager was unfriendly and half jokingly suggested exclusively purchasing at this location vs. at others across the state. Unprofessional. I expect more as a J Jill customer and cardholder.

3 /5 Ronni Schaffer: Staff is almost always helpful. J.Jill has always been great quality clothing. I stand corrected from my original 5 star review. When I returned something on the morning of 7/5/23, the salesperson was less than cordial. She was the only one there at that time so if J.Jill wishes to investigate, it wouldn’t be difficult.

5 /5 Shelley Breitman: Recently started shopping at j Jill in Boca Raton. I met Ebony. We Immediately bonded. Right behind was Parker. They are an amazing team. I have been back several times. Even when they are busy they give me advise and help. Love love love this store I brought my friend Susa from New York who original suggested this brand of shopping She was amazed with the service we both received. Give these two a chance.

2 /5 Libby Bar-Kochba: There are a few stylish and interesting pieces but they are a winge to between some pretty matronly clothes And just average and boring accessories. The sales people couldnt care less to help you. A purchase to gift for a friend but I think I am going to return it because when I got home I realized it was just overpay for not much.
