1 /5 AJ Torelli: The store is great but the customer service REALLY brought it down for me, just not good all around. Went in Nov 29 for a pair of shoes I previously inquired about. Ended up wanting them but they only had 1 pair in a different location, so they had to be shipped to my house. I was told free shipping at the cash register and then was charged for shipping, lol. I received a text of a receipt that has very little info on it. This was Black Friday. The next week I was on vacation until Monday Dec 9. Got back home and my shoes werent delivered. I called Dec 10 to ask whats going on and they said "oh there was a mixup at the other store in communication, well have them overnighted to you free of charge and Ill send you tracking info now". No tracking info sent. Dec 11 comes around, still no shoes. I call the store again in the afternoon asking for a tracking number or something, put on hold, they find my order and tell me they will send the tracking info now in text and we hang up. I get the tracking finally. Shoes never showed up as an overnight, but they just showed up now. Oh, and the tracking doesnt specify which carrier its coming from, so I had to look up USPS, then UPS, and then happened to be FedEx. Its just been a wild ride of an experience that definitely could have been handled better with communication.
