5 /5 Toni Thompson: I was excited to find cargo shorts for my up coming trip here! Burlington has automatic opening double doors, 2 kinds of carts one small and one larger an heavier. The dressing room offers a larger accessible room with books at accessible height. All Signage is in Spanish and English with large readable department stores lots of clearance items today and I found my shorts and a great shirt. The let section is very good with lots of clearance items and treats. The clearance s invaded every area, mens, womens, childrens, housewares, and shoes Accessible height check out counter. Accessible entry. Accessible restrooms. Van accessible free parking in shared parking lot

5 /5 Roger Mallett: Had a great experience. Let’s be honest Not often do you get customer service where they truly seem happy to be doing their job. I was at the Clearwater Mall, Florida location. Her name was Trinity she was extremely helpful and seemed happy to do so. I got a bunch of hats for my coworkers and she was joking about how many I got. Thank you to her and thank you for Burlington Coat factory to make this a great shopping experience. Wish more people were out there like her in the dying retail industry were like her

1 /5 Chris Dezlo: 25 mins left and the 2 black security guards came around telling everyone it was time to leave man I got plenty of time . The. They tell my daughter she needs to hurry up saying by the time she gets in line and checks out it will be closing time . Man never get this garbage attitude at Ross Marshalls or any other place not to mention the stupid square they built when we get in door to funnel everyone into one spot so they did not have to do their jobs . The store is fine the security let that base pay job and plastic badge get in their heads . They will be gone after the holidays and we might come back then but our holiday money will go elsewhere. We was not the only people either the made literally everyone mad .

1 /5 Marlonski Brando: “Loss prevention” men followed me too close as I shop. I understand the purpose but it made me feel like I was profiled and they were following TOO CLOSE. Never stepping in this store again!
