2 /5 Esther Jonassaint: Usually shopping at Ann Taylor Loft is a good experience. This time it was not. Customer service was lacking, almost non existent. I stood in line, no acknowledged my presence. A customer went ahead of me, although I was waiting to check out. The associate served the other customer even though she could clearly see that was in line before the other customer. I could understand if she was helping her before I got in line, she should have acknowledged this and let me she would be with me shortly. That did not happen. I observed the manager helping a new employee, but she never looked up to acknowledge any of the customers. There was no one monitoring the fitting room, and the person on the sales floor was also not customer friendly. I simply put the clothes in the counter and walked out. I did return, asked to speak with the manager and informed her of the lack of professionalism and customer service that I observed in her store.
