5 /5 Heaven Medina: Beautiful store! This was my first visit to this LSF location and it was magical! The girls there were so kind and helpful and the atmosphere was very welcoming! I feel like a princess every time I step into one of their shops! Will definitely visit again in the future!

5 /5 Desiree Warren: Literally love this store! The Palm Beach location is so gorgeous and the staff is absolutely amazing. Cassandra is the sweetest and is a total girl’s girl! I don’t live close by but every time I make the 4 hour drive down I always stop by.. the staff always seem to remember me and it makes me feel seen. Appreciate them so much.

1 /5 Jacki Waller: Today I was very dissatisfied. I have purchased items from a Love Shack Fancy Store before and I have always received fantastic customer service. The woman that checked me out is under the name “elacono” on the receipt. As I was walking out of the store I heard her say to her coworker, “oh my gosh, she took so long in here”. Which is something that may not mean much to someone else but it is just something that bothers me. It is unprofessional for a worker to talk bad about customers. I will not be returning.
