1 /5 Valerie Johnson: The fitting room was closed even though we are years past covid. Therefore I had to purchase my clothes, go try them on in the restroom upstairs then return the clothes that I didnt want. Prior to purchasing the clothes, I asked the sales associate about the return policy and she said it wouldnt be a problem. I came back a few minutes later and the manger tells me that the return system is down and that I would have to return the clothes to a different location. After I complained and told her that I live out of town where there might not be another rainbow she attempted to return the clothes and it magically worked. Then I got ready to leave the store and hit my nose on the gate that was pulled half way down while I was walking out looking at my receipt. Why on earth would the gate be down so low that 55" person would walk into while the store is still open at 7:45. This entire shopping experience was very frustrating. Not only was I disappointed and frustrated, but i also got physically hurt.
