1 /5 Starfleet: I wanted to share some feedback on the current process for purchasing locked items. While I understand the need for security, the experience feels inconvenient and detracts from the overall shopping experience.
Here’s what happened:
• I had to call someone to unlock the case, which took time.
• When the item was retrieved, it was sent to the front instead of being handed to me.
• By the time I finished shopping, I had forgotten the item was being held, so I had to return after checkout.
I understand the concern about theft, but in this case, it was a $22 body spray. I simply wanted to add it to my cart—not feel like I was being treated as a potential thief. Is this the standard shopping experience now?
If the item had been placed in my cart, I would have checked out everything at once without the extra hassle. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for customers in the future.
