St. John Knits Outlet - Orlando (FL)

1 /5 Alta Langhans: Made a special trip just to go here and they were closed. I waited over the 30 mins and it still wasn’t open. Not very good customer service.

1 /5 CR: Nice store, and I was excited to find it until I was the only person to walk inside and the employees never greeted me. My husband took notice as well as I walked around majority of the store and the employees enjoyed talking to each other much rather than saying hello to a customer. So we left. Doesnt make sense to spend money at a store where employees dont have manners.

1 /5 Rachel Grubb Friedman: Closed an hour and 3 minutes early at 6:57pm when it says they close at 8pm. Poor service.
