5 /5 RTC Cronix: The employees were super helpful. They even helped to pick out a dress for my Fiancé’s birthday at the very next day even making sure to get her a fitting room with all the dresses that they helped her picked out. I will say I’m very impressed with the service. This is the first time this has ever happened. We’ll definitely be coming again and I don’t like writing reviews like that so this is saying something.

2 /5 Wendy Webb: The employees were rude when I asked for a changing room for my daughter. My daughters love this store, but we can only shop the sale racks as the prices are ridiculously high and the clothes arent any better made than those at Walmart. They do carry a lot of cute decore and novelty items.

5 /5 Lamar Albahri: if you go to this place , ask for laura, kyla, and emma!!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING. the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. they talk to you and help you out a lot. amazing customer service!!! their smiles brightened up my day and i have a 10000/10 experience everytime i see them.

5 /5 Justyna Szymanska: Had a wonderful experience with Emma at the Francesca’s in Orlando international premium outlets. The second I walked in, I was greeted by two lovely employees. They both helped me with my size exchange and even tried to help me find other options. Emma went above and beyond with helping me order a different size, finding me the best price possible and shipping it to a boutique closer to me. 10/10 customer service in this store !

2 /5 bri h: Nice items. Employees need education on store policies. Tried to return an item from online and was told that’s not possible due to return policy being 21 days from the time customer placed an order. However, online website and via customer service phone call they informed me that it is 21 days from the time you RECEIVE the items at your door. Misunderstanding and a waste of time.
