2 /5 Chris L.: I brought in 3 purses, wasnt expecting the retail $750 they were purchased at but they straight up said gave me 3% valuation, now I understand if it is a buyers market and that there is a surplus of bags being sold versus being bought and prices being reflected as buying of that inequal dichotomy but I can go to literally a pawn shop and be offered more for that and they have no serious knowledge of any type of luxury items and goods and what their value is so I was very disappointed because that store was amazing as far as what I saw waiting for my valuation Im extremely disappointed and I had pretty decent items like I said with one bag that has the tags on , reflecting a pretty high price and for those to be given a 3% valuation is just not anything they advertise even when I called and asked and was inquiring about prices in the how much they usually bought purses that were of mid-range luxury. It felt personal that I had such a low offer for some of the nicest things Ive ever bought and have had in my life. And its Valentines Day which is the last minute got to find something nice type of day that people definitely would be buying something like a second hand well taking care of purse as a last-minute gift and that was absolutely not reflected at all even though I was told basically that by the staff. Hope that other people dont get that type of service and that for some reason I was just singled out because the store looks great and the people in there were friendly but that was not anything at all that was reflected in their online material or their conversation I had on the phone and from what I read about on here on Google and about other reviews so Im just going to assume that they didnt like me and I really hope that other people dont have any type of service like that at all and they actually get a legitimate and not ridiculous type of evaluation for their items.
