1 /5 Kevin Zimmerman: Had 4 people behind the counter staring at me instead of helping me find a shoe that fits. Found 3 different options and i was set on buying one of them. but sadly no one wanted the comission. Kids these days.

5 /5 Austin Kelter: Im seeing all these negative reviews about customer service... If you go in while Ivan is working you will not be disappointed. Hes very personable and attentive. He greets you, lets you know hes there for assistance, lets you shop and then checks you out promptly.

Marissa at the front desk was also very pleasant and checked in on how our experience was while shopping, also very nice indeed. We are very appreciative of the stress-free shopping experience and plan on returning in the future. This store has done a fantastic job of hiring individuals who care about the consumers experience.
