Tip Lugo I visited this jewelry store today hoping to purchase a pendant, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member who assisted me—a short woman with glasses—was noticeably unprofessional. She seemed disinterested, lacked basic courtesy, and made no effort to help me feel welcome or valued as a customer. This was actually my second visit. Earlier, she had quoted me a price, and I returned an hour later to ask if she could work with me on it. Instead of engaging in a respectful conversation, she asked, “Why are you back here again?” and flatly told me she wouldn’t work with me at all. That kind of attitude cost the store a $1,200 sale. Shopping for jewelry should feel special, but instead I left feeling frustrated and dismissed. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service—because the products themselves deserve better representation.

I gave them to her for Mother’s Day and it was the best gift ever, they were perfect. I’ve purchased a chain as well as had many pieces of my gold fixed- they are like brand new again. We discussed design, size and price and began the order for my custom ring. After relaying the ring specifications to their designer, a CAD was created showing exactly what the ring would look like when complete. Now, just a few weeks later, I am wearing my new BEAUTIFUL ring and I just LOVE it! It’s exactly what I envisioned, and working together with Michael & Co. John This is not a pawn shop like you think. You look at the location, the name, the bars on the windows and think, this place is gonna smell like cigarette smoke and be crusty like its out of a bad 1980s movie. THIS IS NOT THAT AT ALL. Their shop is incredibly clean and organized, the staff were FANTASTIC, upbeat, and eager to chat. Their assistance was TOP NOTCH, and they had no qualms about answering questions. Their Ammo prices are FANTASTIC, extremely competitive and I personally found better than big box stores. While their ammunition selection and firearms selection might not be what a dedicated gun shop has, its quite decent regardless and they do carry some odd ball stuff like 25 ACP and 38 Super Carry, in addition to 9mm, 10mm, and 45 ACP. This is a great place to find some deals, my experience easily reflects the 5 star rating I am giving them.
