Bill Miller I attended Ascension Catholic Church the past two Sundays. What a beautiful family of people. The priests, the deacons, the ushers, the greeters and everyone else are all so nice. I felt so welcome. Everyone is friendly.

Jamie Beam We came for a communion today, when we arrived we waited for everyone to be seated to find our place, within a few moments a woman told us we were welcome to sit in the very back when we had a row reserved to celebrate our beautiful family. We felt uncomfortable and sat where she told us to. I have a lot of tattoos, we felt judged. The service was beautiful but we felt we were treated poorly and someone assumed we needed direction, we had a wonderful time, we just wished someone wouldn’t have felt it was they’re business to direct incoming worshipers.

Tehya Champion St. John’s is wonderful! I am converting to Catholicism. The church is welcoming and has a nice big congregation as well as a beautiful sanctuary and Grotto. I love to go to Mass here and I don’t intend on leaving anytime soon. This church is very active and has many opportunities for parishioners to get involved in their community. For any non-catholics in Viera who are interested in Catholicism, please give this church a visit!

Connor Mahoney I enjoyed my visit to Melbourne Community Church this morning! They are tucked in the strip mall at the corner of 192 and Wickham Road behind the Walgreens. Great community of believers and great message about the purpose of prayer by Pastor Brandon Harris who joined as the church’s teaching pastor in 2022. The church was founded in 2002 and longtime worship pastor Walter Staub, ordained by MCC in 2003, still leads the congregation in worship today including some of his original songs. Beautiful, faithful church here!

Jessica Martinez Risen Life is phenomenal. I have never felt more at home or more like a family within a body of believers. The integrity of Gods word is upheld at all costs and the pastor cares for the church in an astounding way. God is moving so powerfully through this body of believers. This church has surrounded my family and I would not want to be anywhere else!

The preaching is heart felt. Straight from the heart of God. The Pastors are the “real-deal”. Both Pastors Jerry & Maria are powerful teacher. I love them. This is a place to develop spiritual muscles and grow emotionally and spiritually. I love the teachings. Hearing and feeling God’s word come alive in my heart. It’s a loving wonderful awesome place to experience God as you learn and worship God together in unity. You will most certainly feel the manifestation of His loving, powerful presence every Sunday! There’s always a special visit from Holy Spirit. He always joins us. God is always present. This is a place of love. Everyone is accepted and will feel connected and loved. “Come taste and see that the Lord is Good”,

Joan Abbott Rock Harbor truly is everything a church should be. It starts w/ teaching The Word. The interpretation is sound and applicable. Our pastor & wife have a heart for each attendee, especially the children. I’ve never seen the kids so excited to attend. Pastor Kevin brilliantly engages with the kids under 12 in a very inspiring way : The Brown Box. We all look forward to what treasure the child has selected to become a topic relevant to their life & God. The kids feel valued in this unique interaction w/ the head pastor. Impressive how these kids truly do their best to grow in their faith too! When I first attended, I was impacted by the stained glass in the sanctuary! Finally felt the reverence of being in a very special place, rather than the dark auditorium style of contemporary churches. The band is remarkable and each member so talented. They write many of the songs we sing. The one we sing for communion is my favorite. The congregation is friendly. Everyone is involved. Small groups, volunteering, missionary support, Ladies Brunches and seminars. Parents have lots of resources. The men I hear, have dinner together , pray together , volunteer on building projects. They even helped me move! Being a single woman on a tight budget, it really was a game changer experience, that this is how the family of Christ followers work. If you are new to the area or looking to experience a church that is remarkable, humble and kind… look no further. This is it! See you Sunday at 8:30 or 10:30! We can’t wait to meet you. ❤️
