Ashley Carbone Even if you are considering it- just sign up for a trial! I can’t speak enough good things about this place. My daughter has done voice lessons, camp and now will be part of thier musical production. Miss Madison and Ms Diane are filled with warm energy and are clearly experts in thier field. Every teacher we have met - we liked! I see immense progress every week. The front desk is inviting and constantly working hard and helpful. Auditions are fun and comfortable. The recitals make you cry with joy! I feel like I have a team to help with my daughters big dreams now.

rholanda jones Very disappointed, autism matters!!!!
To not providing a service due your lack of understanding and discrimination towards autism is a insensitive approach. The necessity of training and education regarding autism for all staff involved in the needed service. I Suggest the importance of creating an inclusive environment that welcomes and supports individuals with autism.
Parents, please educate your kids that all children are not the same and they should treat everyone with kindness. All kids deserve a chance all kids deserve to be treated equally no matter their disability or race.

IAMQUEEN ENTERPRISES Thank you for your response, but I find it troubling that your main focus seems to be on how the school is perceived on Google rather than addressing the issue Ive repeatedly experienced. For clarification, I was not there last night; I was there this afternoon, arriving at 5 minutes to 3. You have cameras, so you can verify this. The lady at the front desk did not even look up at me, and this is the third time this has happened. When my daughter and I were leaving, only one person said goodbye, and the same front desk person still had a poker face, showing no acknowledgment.
You mention that your staff is known for customer service excellence, but that has not been my experience during the day (when she came in the evening, the evening staff was amazing). Your response feels dismissive of my concerns, which I’ve brought up after multiple instances of feeling unwelcome, while others around me received smiles and greetings. This goes beyond policy—it’s about how people are treated on a personal level.
Also, regarding the dance class, yes, one of your teachers was African American, and HE was the only one who was kind and welcoming to my daughter. I never questioned his professionalism, as he was excellent with her. However, that doesn’t negate the fact that she felt excluded by her peers in the class, which is something that also should be addressed.
Lastly, your response implies that nothing was ever brought to your attention, but the issue isn’t something that should have to be repeatedly addressed in order for staff to be courteous to everyone who walks through the door. I appreciate that reviews are opinions, but I hope my feedback can be taken as an opportunity for reflection and improvement, not just dismissed as a misrepresentation of your business.
