Jasmine Alfaro Southeastern College has provided me with an incredible experience as a future Physician Assistant (PA) student. I participated in an 8-month online program, which was perfect for my circumstances. Whenever I had the opportunity, I would visit the campus in Miami Lakes to gain hands-on experience in my clinical studies, such as drawing blood, performing EKGs, and taking vital signs. This experience has been an invaluable step on my journey to becoming a physician assistant in the future. During the 8 months of online learning, the instructors were exceptional and highly knowledgeable. I never hesitated to reach out for help if I didn’t understand a subject or needed guidance on an assignment. The instructors genuinely cared about my education and ensured I grasped the material thoroughly. After completing my coursework, I went on to my externship in Deerfield, which lasted four weeks. I learned a tremendous amount during this time and was even hired within my fourth week. I couldn’t be happier with my education at Southeastern!

Wensnika Exalus I am grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of the Medical Assistant program. From the very beginning, I felt supported and encouraged by both the program and my instructor. The course was comprehensive and gave me a solid foundation in medical terminology, patient care, and administrative tasks that are essential to a medical assistant’s role. What stood out the most was the guidance I received from my teacher. They were not only highly knowledgeable but also patient, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I understood the material. They fostered an environment where questions were welcomed, and hands-on practice was emphasized, which helped me feel confident and prepared for real-world situations. The curriculum was well-structured, with a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. I particularly appreciated the clinical rotations and labs that allowed me to apply what I had learned in a real healthcare setting. These experiences were invaluable in making me feel ready for my future career as a medical assistant. Overall, I am thankful for the positive learning environment and the thorough instruction provided throughout the program. My teacher’s dedication to my success truly made a difference, and I am excited to move forward in my career with the knowledge and skills I gained from this program.

CeCe Goldstein Ms. Knox is a wonderful teacher who cares about the success of her students. She makes sure we understand what we learn and apply it to real world situations in lab. She also shares her stories of when she was a surgical tech so we can truly get an idea of what this career is like. She is the best teacher I’ve ever had.

Gustavo Pereira YMCA from Boynton beach it’s a good place , but what makes me unhappy is the reason that the building isn’t grounded (bonded) by code of florida all building supposed to be grounded. And then when rains start or some lightning, we need to leave the indoor pools , saunas and jacuzzi. They should consider make some improvements there to avoid those type of embarrassments.

NKH We visited YMCA at Boynton Beach today for a first time. We were looking for a youth volleyball information. Christina Sentmanat (front desk) met us with such lovely smile. The way this young lady is welcoming the customers is priceless. Christina provided us with all needed information, she has patiently replied on dozen of our questions. We couldn’t stand in front of her charm and such an amazing service! We got our memberships right away and signed our kids for volleyball. We are looking forward for a great time with YMCA!

Kristina Voronina We are so grateful for our time at Soleil Early Learning Academy. Our son absolutely loves his teachers and classmates — he talks about them all the time at home! We’ve seen such wonderful progress in his learning, and it’s been amazing to watch him grow and thrive in such a warm, nurturing environment. It’s honestly a little bittersweet that the school year is coming to an end, because this place has become so special to us. Thank you to the entire Soleil team for your care, dedication, and love!

Whittney Scalise Was very reluctant (generally) about putting my son in daycare, but when we found Soleil it gave us such good vibes and seemed like a great place to have him attend. He’s been going for almost 2 weeks and so far he has been so happy whenever they send me updates and it just gives me a relieved feeling. Great staff, clean facility, and they really care for the kids. You can feel that even just doing a tour of the place. Very lucky to have gotten him in.

Erdine Autelus This was the worse daycare Honestly..hood ghetto and rachet. My kids was there for not even a day I withdraw them quick..literally the next day I called and said my kids will not be coming back.. the classrooms are out of control teachers got their foot up on a chair and chilling on their phones..kids are running around and throwing toys at each other no joke seriously..then the so call staff/teacher started screaming at the child.. omg its like all the kids were going wild I have never seen anything like it before. I was scared to leave my kids there..my kids were crying they didnt want to stay because they are not use to that type of environment ..I started having second thoughts.. when i got back to my car i felt extremely horrible for leaving my kids behind... next day I called told them my kids will NOT be coming back.. worse experience ever.

Dominique Domond Love this place! I’m a hands on first time mom and can be a lot when it comes to my daughter. The administrators are understanding and kind. The teachers in the toddler class are EXCELLENT. Finally they have three solid providers in that room that care for the children to a parents standards. Please don’t ever replace them unless you move them to the two year old class come November :). I get updates throughout the day on my child’s progress and pictures when I ask. My daughter is learning, safe, and happy…I couldn’t ask for more.

Carolina Gomez My 21 month old son absolutely loves Miss Mairy and Miss Claudia in toddler b room. They are so warm and loving. He goes right into their arms when I drop him off. I think he’s doing really well here. It’s incredible how quickly he picks up what they teach and following how the other kids sit together and lineup is so cute :) we love the constant photos and updates. Oh, and the playground is awesomely shady with perfect turf.

Christina B Very disappointing experience. There were far too many kids per teacher, and the staff (often young and inexperienced) had little patience for energetic children — especially boys. If your child isn’t “easy,” expect constant calls to pick them up and premature suggestions of behavioral issues. Teachers changed frequently, creating instability. We moved our son to a school that took time to understand and support him — now at 5, he’s thriving and testing at a 3rd-grade level. That kind of growth wasn’t possible here.

Kalandra Lewis My son has been going to this school since he was 18 months old. Everyday of him going there made me feel better about the decision I’ve made.. Now here it is my son is a VPK Grad and he has had the most amazing teachers you could possibly think of throughout the years. Within this year alone getting him prepared for kindergarten his teacher Ms. Tamika have done a marvelous job with my son and his classmates she’s the true definition of why most teachers become teachers in the first place caring for these students beyond beyond their measures. Ms. Tamika goes above and beyond she does extra activities with the students that’s not even apart of the school curriculum she does techniques that would get your kids to the next level, Even though the students are getting prepared for kindergarten by the time school ends they will be ready for 1st grade level as well. My son loves her to death.

Every teacher we have met - we liked! I see immense progress every week. The front desk is inviting and constantly working hard and helpful. Auditions are fun and comfortable. The recitals make you cry with joy! I feel like I have a team to help with my daughters big dreams now.

rholanda jones Very disappointed, autism matters!!!! To not providing a service due your lack of understanding and discrimination towards autism is a insensitive approach. The necessity of training and education regarding autism for all staff involved in the needed service. I Suggest the importance of creating an inclusive environment that welcomes and supports individuals with autism. Parents, please educate your kids that all children are not the same and they should treat everyone with kindness. All kids deserve a chance all kids deserve to be treated equally no matter their disability or race.

IAMQUEEN ENTERPRISES Thank you for your response, but I find it troubling that your main focus seems to be on how the school is perceived on Google rather than addressing the issue Ive repeatedly experienced. For clarification, I was not there last night; I was there this afternoon, arriving at 5 minutes to 3. You have cameras, so you can verify this. The lady at the front desk did not even look up at me, and this is the third time this has happened. When my daughter and I were leaving, only one person said goodbye, and the same front desk person still had a poker face, showing no acknowledgment. You mention that your staff is known for customer service excellence, but that has not been my experience during the day (when she came in the evening, the evening staff was amazing). Your response feels dismissive of my concerns, which I’ve brought up after multiple instances of feeling unwelcome, while others around me received smiles and greetings. This goes beyond policy—it’s about how people are treated on a personal level. Also, regarding the dance class, yes, one of your teachers was African American, and HE was the only one who was kind and welcoming to my daughter. I never questioned his professionalism, as he was excellent with her. However, that doesn’t negate the fact that she felt excluded by her peers in the class, which is something that also should be addressed. Lastly, your response implies that nothing was ever brought to your attention, but the issue isn’t something that should have to be repeatedly addressed in order for staff to be courteous to everyone who walks through the door. I appreciate that reviews are opinions, but I hope my feedback can be taken as an opportunity for reflection and improvement, not just dismissed as a misrepresentation of your business.

Jackie Cooter Horrible service, horrible teachers. Were not welcoming. Lazy small activities. My child wasn’t included in everyone. Contract is 6:30-6:30 the front lady told me to pick her up earlier at 6:00 they leave the kids there crying and don’t really talk to them. I told the school director and she told me the teacher never said that even though she wasn’t present for the conversation isn’t the customer always right? They won’t give back registration fee or any money for lack of services they provided. I feel lied to about the time & I wish everyone wasn’t so lazy. Total rip off looked like the perfect school but I guess not. There was multiple occasions where they didn’t care about my daughter or include her in activities and was In Classroom w no teacher at one point what kind of care is this? Thinking of sueing not because of $ but the principle of you don’t treat my daughter like that they were mean making comments about her as well. I don’t want to but I need someone held accountable or a change for the new kids to come good luck!

Jamie Salsberg I had my son and daughter here from infancy through VPK. My second child (daughter) just finished VPK and had an amazing experience with Ms. Ruth who taught the kids real life lessons and focused on so many important things beyond just letters and numbers. Every staff member over the past 7 years has been caring, nurturing, loving and compassionate to my kids, the food was great and my kids actually ate it, and I always felt safe and secure leaving my children in the hands of the people at this facility. My children always came home feeling good about themselves, feeling happy and healthy, and both of my children were more than prepared for a gifted program Kindergarten. I could not recommend a better program.

Stephanie Furia Allen Ive had my son at La Petite Academy since he was 3 months old (he is almost 3 years old now). He has excelled amazingly because of the great teachers and staff at this school. The teachers always treat my son like they are their parents. It is very reassuring, especially for a first time mom like me. I have felt very safe with all the precautions the school takes, especially the security they take for who picks up my child and who they let inside the daycare. This school has been a lifesaver for me since both my husband and I work. Their hours are very helpful for us since we work a normal 9am-5pm job. The price is definitely worth it for the food/nutrition, attention, safety, security, and reassurance that my son has received in the almost 3 years hes been here. Everyone feels like family at the school and treat my son as their own. I am very grateful for everyone at the school to help make my sons upbringing amazing, helpful, and academically. He is right on track with all his milestones. Thank you La Petite Academy of Boynton beach for helping my son and family for everything

Sarah Frias I have two experiences here as I have two children here. Both have been super positive. My toddler had never been to daycare so when he got there he had a huge adjustment for him as a 1.5 year old. The staff was very caring and supportive of his process. He is doing amazing. I love that they send a weekly journal of all they have done for the week and include pictures. My 5 month old daughter just started there and I was so nervous to leave her there and they have been so accommodating. The staff sends pictures of her daily and I am always welcome to call to check in and pick her up whenever is good for her and I. I really appreciate KLA Boynton for all you do for both of my kids.

A M What a blessing the school has been to our family. Everything about it from choice of teachers, classroom organization/schedule, atmosphere and just peace of mind that the school truly knows and understands the children is top notch! I have never been able to walk away every morning after drop off from a school with as much comfortability as KLA Boynton. Ms. Dena is such an amazing director who keeps her staff in check and always reassured me of any doubts I ever had about anything along the way. Thank you for caring about our children so much!

Aurbrey Jerome After several failed daycare experiences we found the perfect place for our son at KLA Boynton Beach! Our son started KLA at 18 months and recently left at 2.5 due to us moving. If we could pick up KLA and bring it with us we definitely would! The staff is so warm and welcoming, our son was loved 1000%. If we ever had any issues (which was very rare)both directors and teachers strived to rectify them immediately. We know our son will forever remember and love his family at KLA, they have had such a great impact on him and his development. There was a point where our son spoke no words AT ALL and after attending KLA he picked up several new words and is now forming sentences. He is great with colors, shapes and numbers all with the help of KLA. We will forever recommend KLA of Boynton Beach to anyone in the area , they are a great group of people and have an amazing curriculum that actually works for your babies !

Although it was a short 2 weeks, my 2 yr old son had a great experience with the staff and specially with Ms. Addy. My son does not yet speak many words, but Ms. Addy patiently worked with them to say certain words and she was genuinely happy when he would repeat them back. Was of great assistance that she is bilingual and provided that language comfort to him when needed. She has been extra caring and warm. He loved being in her class … she would calmly say bye to me at drop off. Thank you Ms. Addy!! Looking forward to having him join your class again in January.

The bit marks were so bad, they were visible for 10 days after. The staff informed me that they noticed a problem with this particular child being aggressive towards my son so they promised me they would be separated and kept apart. THE NEXT DAY, my son was pushed by this child, off heighten playground equipment and MY SON GOT HIS COLLAR BONE BROKEN!! They said my son was playing somewhere he was not suppose to be.
