They show very calming videos to help you relax, animals, scenery ,it works! Although going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, just a great experience.

Nick Hennessy Brand new patient here! Office is very warm and cozy, definitely makes you feel extremely comfortable. Everyone was/is so welcoming when I came in! Kim was awesome in helping get my new patient info input as well as all my new patient X-rays and such. Nikki was very down to earth and comforting, I may have fallen asleep while she cleaned my teeth. Dr Ford was very nice and knowledgeable and great at explaining what he felt I needed and didn’t need as well as what to watch for in the future. Overall an amazing experience and I look forward to going back!

Denise Wesley One more time, the staff at Ford Signature Dentistry to include Nikki Johnson and Dr. Ford were amazing. Nikki is so very thorough and explains everything she is doing. Dr Ford follows up immediately with an Action Plan. As someone who is always in front of cameras and in the public, I can say, they are the best! I switched from another practice to this one and it was an excellent decision. I travel from NY to FL to see them and look forward to my visit. This office deserves every award and commendation they receive.

Chris This is a great dental practice!! It was my first time in years going to the dentist. I was actually embarrassed my teeth were so dirty, and it had been so long since I had gone. The front desk was great, and made it easy to get signed in. Courtney is an amazing dental hygentist!! She did a great job on my teeth, and is just super nice!! I also thought they were very thorough. They took lots of X-rays and really checked me over. Dentist came in and checked me out, barely had to wait. He was great too! I would highly recommend this place! I know Im going back for my 6 month cleaning!

The kids love the screens in the ceiling keeping them occupied during their cleanings. The hygienists are gentle and thorough so the kids feel comfortable during each visit.

My only change would be to have soothing classical type music- but that’s just my personal preference! I know you will be pleased. ronelle welch BY FAR THE WORST DENTIST EVER!!!!!!! I didn’t want to even give them 1 star. For starters when I asked to use the restroom I was told no bathrooms. I’ve never seen so much talking and wondering around with the staff. It honestly seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. When getting x rays 3 staff members stood in front of me and talked which seemed unprofessional and a few minutes too long. After the dentist came in to talk about x rays she left and I asked the other girl if I was going to get my teeth cleaned and she said, “I don’t know.” Unorganized, unprofessional, and no bathroom. I filed a complaint against them as soon as I left and would rather drive 2 hours then go back to that Dentist Office.

I need a tooth extracted this office is the only office that takes the insurance that I have which is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t get anybody on the phone anytime. I’ve gone here. It’s horrible. Morgan Hendrix Beware of "In Network" vs "Out of Network." As a new patient, I contacted and discussed the specific insurance I have and was told "we take that, no problem," only to arrive and be told my insurance was treated as "out of network." They "took it" they insisted, but because it would be handled as "out of network" I was subject to a different set of billing percentages than I would have had they been "in network." Quite honestly, this seemed intentionally dishonest, since we went to great pains to pre-verify if the specific plan and carrier was "accepted." But I wasnt aware of the strange state of "accepted as out of network." Being more savvy at what insurance means, I find it suspect that the office staff didnt state this "out of network" status, as they clearly could have. This business seems beautiful and clean, located in a lovely place and with respected doctors. Not sure why they arent more honest with new patients to avoid this kind of problem. Not only did this waste a lot of my time (and theirs), if I hadnt been very careful reading the paperwork at the beginning of my appointment, I could have been in for an unplanned bill for a routine cleaning. Use the magic words "are you IN NETWORK with ____" to avoid my mistake with this practice.

Melinda Lewis I have been a patient at Ft. Myers Dental Arts for several years. The doctors and staff are all exceptional. Only recently did I have the pleasure of receiving my first dental cleaning from Kristen. She was especially thorough, giving special attention to some problem areas where deep gum pockets are an ongoing issue. Today was my second visit with Kristen. After having followed her specific recommendations and keeping up with a few simple changes in my routine, the improvement is fantastic! I highly recommend this practice. The level of care they provide is amazing.

Sally Davis Bayside Smiles was a wonderful experience for my special-needs daughter. I was impressed with the staff from the moment I called for an appointment and arranging for pre-medication. The building itself is new, beautiful and large. The decor is exquisite with a wonderful coffee bar to welcome and relax the most apprehensive patient. I stayed with my Daughter throughout her x-rays, exam, and teeth cleaning. The staff were very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. Bayside Smiles has both a male and female dentist on staff. My daughter saw the female dentist, Who was wonderful! They also treat children, take Medicare insurance, and offer a new patient $60 exam and x-ray For those without insurance.

The office help is always smiling and helpful. The hygienist works above and beyond she’s amazing. The Dentist himself is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain why something is being done, Doctor Rodriguez teaches his assistance along the way. Always explaining why he is doing something to make it understandable to the assistant and patient. Overall great experience.
