5 /5 Nikola: What a great people in front desk. They were act polite and fast. Doctor and her assistant were fantastic very knowledgeable and professionally, really fantastic job in my mouth... Dr.Tama Stephanie, Is the best dentists I ever seen. This Doctor felt from heaven!!! No more pain, I love and highly recommend this place!!! Thank you so much!

1 /5 ronelle welch: BY FAR THE WORST DENTIST EVER!!!!!!! I didn’t want to even give them 1 star. For starters when I asked to use the restroom I was told no bathrooms. I’ve never seen so much talking and wondering around with the staff. It honestly seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. When getting x rays 3 staff members stood in front of me and talked which seemed unprofessional and a few minutes too long. After the dentist came in to talk about x rays she left and I asked the other girl if I was going to get my teeth cleaned and she said, “I don’t know.” Unorganized, unprofessional, and no bathroom. I filed a complaint against them as soon as I left and would rather drive 2 hours then go back to that Dentist Office.

1 /5 Christina Marie: Do you ever answer your phones.? I’ve gone here in the past. I have been in excruciating pain. I need a tooth extracted this office is the only office that takes the insurance that I have which is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t get anybody on the phone anytime. I’ve gone here. It’s horrible. They make dental with insurance very hard for adults. At least answer your damn phones!!!!!

1 /5 Cha X Marie: Call in October the earliest appointment was in December, and a few days before the appointment they told me they needed to reschedule, they rescheduled for 6 weeks later, never got a missed call or voicemail so I called the Friday before no answer, no voicemail box, call the morning of the appointment to confirm, no answer. They said they were closed that day when I called a few days later rescheduled again and even confirmed the date by saying the NUMBERS INDIVIDUALLY, called to confirm, and they said I missed the appointment the week prior. I asked them to send over a school note for my son. Which Teresa said theyll send it to me in a TEXT. The next available appointment they have is in another 4 months. From the other reviews that looks like theyre disorganized. Ive never had an issue to where it was consistent. Its over an hours drive away which is what upsets me and I cant get confirmation in person
