Nathan Statham Dr. Martin and his team were extremely professional, quick and gentle for my fillings. I’ve always been a bit anxious when it comes to dental visits but everyone was very accommodating and thorough when it came time for my work to be done. I’ll say I couldn’t have been happier with each of my visits from teeth cleanings to fillings. I’ve been in and out in great time and the staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. So glad I’ve found this office and will look forward to my next time with them!

Kaylie Redman I love Dr. Martin, the hygienists, and the office staff! However, I don’t think my husband or I have had an appointment NOT cancelled and rescheduled. Not sure what’s going on with that… We also have been trying to call the office to reschedule and we haven’t been able to reach anyone even though it’s their normal business hours over multiple days of calling. My husband finally had to schedule with another dentist in Pensacola over his dental issue.

Everyone was extremely friendly and the dentist came in to talk several times, not just a quick in and out after he looked at the X-rays. They are not over priced and did not try to get me to spend more on unnecessary treatments.

My wife needed major work done recently, and during our first consultation, I upset my wife because I asked some pretty direct questions. But I knew from past experiences the work was going to affect her quality of life and cost a lot of money. We did not want just any dentist. Dr. Djuric was very professional and wasn’t offended by my questions. After we left and discussed options, we both agreed, he was the dentist we wanted. He has skills, experience and the confidence to stand behind his work. Because of her results, I also had work done on my own front teeth recently, and we both could not be happier with our outcomes. I told him and Margaret after my last visit that I only had one concern, and that was him retiring. We laughed, but I was also serious. He assured me that with the grace of God, he plans to continue his practice for many years to come. In addition to his skills as a dentist, he and his wife Margaret are just wonderful people. LT Snyder There are tiers of customer service in any industry and optometrists are no different. If you want personalized service that isnt rushed, then Midtown is your best option in Pensacola. Their new offices are stellar and the staff really cares about their work. If bottom line pricing is your concern there are less expensive options. Im always out to save a buck, but I wont go anywhere else for my eye care. The annual visit costs are reasonable, its the eyeglasses that are the real cost (not something that Midtown controls). When you get an eyeglass prescription from Midtown, its perfect. So ditch those "reader" glasses and ones tailored to your eyes. Good luck.

Alexander Redondo I was travelling through Pensacola on my way back home to Mississippi and had an eye emergency. I called Midtown Vision and they were able to get me in to see the doctor within a few minutes. The waiting area and staff were great. Aside from seeing me quickly the doctor made me feel like a regular patient. She was so kind and friendly and really helped me resolve the issue I was having. If I lived in Pensacola I would absolutely use this as my regular Vision Clinic. Thank You!!

The team took time to learn about my lifestyle and my occupation before suggesting lenses that were most appropriate for me. I even asked about add-on features, but instead of selling me on unnecessary accessories, they took time to educate me on the options so I could make a decision that was best suited to my needs and my budget. Erica McArthur Dr. Stamitoles and staff are wonderful! They always get you scheduled right away when you are experiencing a dental emergency, not leaving you to wait. Scheduling cleanings and such, super easy! Everyone in this office is so friendly and you can really tell that everyone genuinely cares about you and your overall well being! So thankful to have Dr. Stamitoles as my family provider. He explains everything he is doing and always wants to make sure you understand and are comfortable! Regardless of insurance and such, they treat everyone with dignity and respect!! They make visiting the dentist a pleasant experience!

Jennifer Mefford This dentist and his staff are the worst people in the business. The main receptionist is Dr. Stamitoles wife and she is so rude especially if you don’t move fast enough for her. The dentist himself told me that I was crazy because I wouldn’t let him do unneeded procedures and run my bill up. They both yelled at me until I had my husband come in and then their whole attitude changed and they tried to act as if nothing had happened. And to top it off Dr. Stamitoles is not very good at the art of dentistry. His skill lacks way too much for him to have 27 years of experience behind him. DO NOT go to this dentist unless you enjoy being mistreated.

Yvonne Borman Friendly dentist and associates! I felt very welcome and prioritized. This was the first time a dentist office called to get me in early for an appt and they were always prompt in their timing for the apt. The dentist was also very hands on.

Buffalo Gal Vintage Dr White is a compassionate dentist and a very good technician. He has in his office technology to create a crown on the spot. Rather than having to wait weeks and come in and out of office for touch up fittings and bite areas, this technology creates a perfect crown and it is delivered the same day. Dr Whites team is beyond excellent they are friendly and professional. You truly feel like you are part of a family.

SHERRY SHORT Dr. Ben had to extract all 26 of my teeth in January and replace them with dentures. As traumatic as this could have been, his experience, kindness, professionalism, and care made this experience as good as it could be. Dr. Ben and his staff kept in constant contact with me throughout my healing process. I never felt like he was rushing through my appointments. My many many questions and concerns were addressed immediately and with superb knowledge. I would recommend Dr. Ben to anyone who needs any dental care whether it be big or small. I am completely satisfied with my new smile and I am so healthy now. Thank you to Dr. Ben and his entire staff!

Logan Taylor If you just need a cleaning and regular check in this is not the place to go. Said I had 3 cavities at the time several years ago. Been going to another dentist for several years now with no reported issues.

Brianna Miranda Always rescheduling my kids appts- now they are way over due for dental checks as some how they always get rescheduled to months out even though it’s the practice fault for rescheduling. Working in the medical field for years this is totally unprofessional. If you cancel your patients you need to accommodate the schedule to see them another time.

Kayla Lambo The first two times I went in everything was great. Today was a nightmare! Not only did they reschedule my appointment a few times because they cant keep a dentist, but today I walked out in tears because Im a single Mom and couldnt arrange childcare! They wouldnt let my two year old just sit in my lap and watch cartoons while I get my teeth cleaned this time, but they did the first time I came in. So, I will be finding a new dentist for myself and my daughter! One that might understand not everyone has childcare or a village to help!

Sammantha Marsh This place just needs to be shut down. I brought my now 2 yr old there for her first check up at 1 and a half. They told me it wasnt necessary to bring her unless she has teeth issues at her age. I asked about coating for teeth as I already knew about this. She is my 3rd out of 4 kids. They made me put coating on and then sent me a bill when she has dentaquest. Fast forward to now Ive been canceled and Ive left 5 voicemails trying to reschedule and no one calls back. She cannot even eat strawberries without being in pain. Shame on all of you!!!

Jimmy Albert It is not difficult to treat people well, we have sent several secret shoppers to evaluate office staff , patient interactions and care. Time and time again the staff have treated our clients in the most unprofessional manner possible. Rude, extremely abrubt and in several cases , simply ignored our clients. We use this data to make recommendations to clients throughout the area, and these interactions have risen to the occaision to de-list this practice. Steer clear, there are many dentists to choose from in this market , competition will one day eliminate those with very little customer care skills.

Randy Thurston Went to Fairfield dental for my 2nd cleaning. The first time it was $60 dollars which was reasonable since I only have 5 teeth. I booked my next appointment and went today and I still only have 5 teeth and they charged me $205. This is exorbitant !!! ALSO THEY DON’T OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNTS IN A MILITARY TOWN. WAY TO EXPENSIVE!!!

Bryan J I’m incredibly disappointed with this place (forced to use this for insurance), my wife just went in with a cracked tooth that happened last night. They went “yep, looks cracked schedule an appointment for later we can’t do anything now”. This was after they informed us they take walkins, well my mom was a dental hygienist growing up and I’m aware of the dangers of an infection and it getting into the bloodstream. We left this place immediately and got another opinion. They treated and found it in fact did get into the boood stream. If this place can’t bother to check their patients for possible life threatening infections why are they in business……???? Scary, if you crack a tooth make sure they check for an infection before you leave…..don’t trust this place.

It was suggested to pay with cash vs card due to fees associated with their credit card machine- which was a bit inconvenient for me . All in all, the manager helped me get a good deal with everything I needed done.

brett williams Purely honest review. I had a chipped front tooth I was insecure about and they got me in asap and fixed my chipped tooth same day as the initial visit. It was all I wanted and needed. Everyone else wanted to do a Veneer and they bonded it and fixed it! What I had asked others to do. The dentist doesn’t speak very well not sure if it’s just a language barrier but he did good work. I would be a liar if I said this was a 5 star experience but a solid 4 is fair. They were layed back not very professional but in a GOOD WAY just like you were friends or family. It’s either gonna be your cup of tea or not at all. Personally I loved the way the accommodated me. Biggest drawbacks I would say is communication really. This was my first appointment today. I didn’t know I was getting the actual procedure done same day, which is a plus don’t get me wrong and we didn’t discuss finances prior to procedure. What if I couldn’t cover the bill ya know? Which didn’t affect me my procedure wasn’t bad and I have insurance that most don’t take and they do . Anyway just giving a honest review but for me, it was perfect and worked out and they also gave me some tips on some future things I might want to pursue. Thanks guys

Jill Grinstead Worst worst worst I’ve ever been to they referred me to get a root canal then a month later they dropped my insurance carrier. I know they knew it was coming. On top of that the $1500 root canal was unnecessary and I wasted my $1500.00. I should report them if I thought any good would come from it. The office ladies are rude and don’t care. The worst place ever beware !!!!!!!

Britney Bloodworth Theyll help with ya kid during a procedure And they are nice. But they are not upfront about prices. They over charge and even with insurance youll be shit out of luck. Im a single mom who pays for insurance and cant even get help with child care. Much less have hundreds of dollars on procedures that i didnt expect. Im an idiot and just love to waste of time and money. Go to the health department or AT LEAST get a real price before sitting down in their chairs. This is 3 times now theyve caught me off guard. . My 13th reason was this last appointment. I wont be going back. Hopefully.

Aryan Winskey I scheduled an appointment here when I started having wisdom tooth issues. I havent been a dentist in many many years. Ive since had two appointments and both were wonderful experiences. Every staff member is friendly, and professional. They take great care to make sure that youre comfortable and they are very fast and efficient. They answered any questions I had and have helped me connect with other Drs in my network for further work I need done. All in all, this is a great place.
