Tauany Vargas I had an appt with Lynda on December 20th and even though my nails grew a lot, you can tell that the gel coat is still perfect. Today is January 23 so over a month. I’m impressed. Lynda’s work is amazing. When I first left the salon I was a little upset bc my appt said $55 and they charged me $75 for some reason, maybe she did a whole new set of gel instead of the refill but honestly I don’t care anymore, because it was totally worth the money. I highly recommend Lynda!

Olivia McAlarney The man who did my nails was insanely rude. The nails (acrylic) overall I would say are a 6/10. A little on the thicker side, definitely not amazing quality. But look decent overall if you don’t look too close lol. As for price, it seems good; 55 for a fill. But they charge you 10$ to clean up your cuticles which is kind of crazy to me since i’ve been to dozens of salons around the country and have never been charged for my cuticles. I don’t think that they charged me to replace two acrylics that were older and fallen off. So overall: nail quality was mid, i had to ask multiple times for the man to fix the shape as it was uneven. Price is decent. Would probably try again and specifically ask to see a woman. Attitude was 0/10. No offer of a drink, even water. Horrible customer service which in Miami is very important and very easy to find good customer service. I will try the salon one more time.

janelle Men Three days after getting my nails done, my nails began to chip. I went to the salon which was very busy and they told me they would fix it. When I showed up they told me it had been two weeks which was inaccurate. I would never come here again, I paid $50+ for my nails to look like this within the week. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

Diana M Santiago Absolutely amazing experience! I recently visited GG Salon and Spa and had the pleasure of getting my manicure done by Joy. She is incredibly talented, professional, and detail-oriented. She took her time to ensure every nail was shaped perfectly and polished to perfection. Her technique is flawless, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. My nails have never looked this good! If you’re looking for a skilled nail tech who truly cares about their craft and clients, I highly recommend Joy. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Ashley Bailey Overall great experience at GG Salon! The receptionist and other members of their team was very welcoming, I started my service right on time and was done very quickly. My stylist, Lior, was amazing! He did a root touch up and blow dry.

Apeksha Reddy Kiara is amazing! This is my second time going to her and she listens and gives her input as well before going right to cutting my hair. Very personable and my hair turned out exactly as I wanted. The staff are also extremely pleasant and would recommend this place to anyone!

Elvira Vera Opsar I recently visited for a structured manicure and basic pedicure. The staff were incredibly kind and genuinely cared about helping me choose the right color. I really enjoyed my pedicure—it was one of the few times Ive felt it was done well. However, as someone who pays close attention to details, I was disappointed with the shape of my hands nails. They all looked different and had some imperfections. For $135, I expected better, especially since Ive had more precise work done elsewhere for less, though without the same level of care and kindness. It’s a matter of deciding what’s more important to you: impeccable nail work or a genuinely caring atmosphere.

Tamara Sanchez I want to preface this extremely honest review with the fact that mistakes happen, nail technicians are people and despite this I am very happy with how my nails turned out. Jaime did a great job on my dip powder and chrome effect nails. And Laura as well on my chrome toes. My nails look beautiful! Now, the website for this salon is extremely misleading. It seems to be very well done and even mentions “beast mode” kind of artistic nails. However, upon arrival I was met with a subpar salon whose overall look that does not match their prices. And, yes those prices are correct. I spent $231.55 on a somewhat basic “design”, if you can call it that. In addition, they charge a $30 up charge for chrome nails which is an application of powder. In addition, Jaime seemed to be in a hurry the entire time. She cut one of my cuticles too short and left me with blood on my nail. Laura dropped the chrome powder on the floor and they both proceeded to use the same powder on my nails. Again, people make mistakes but the overall vibe their website portrays a level of professionalism that is just not there.

Kerrie McEvoy I had the best massage of my life here from Carlos. The pressure was AMAZING!! The spa is beautifully decorated and has a calming atmosphere. The reception staff made me some delicious tea after my treatment. I highly recommend this day spa. I feel like a new person.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I had the pleasure of chatting with a gentleman named Roland, who was not only friendly but also knowledgeable—he even offered me some samples of their amazing organic products. Although I didn’t have time for a treatment during this visit, the experience left such a great impression that I’ll definitely be returning when I have more time. If you’re looking for a relaxing and hospitable spa experience in South Beach, this is the place to go!

Amber-Joi Watkins Skilled massage therapists that operate on time ! Clean facility . They have really helped me recuperate from running injuries. No complaints. But heads up there aren’t really any amenities so if you’re looking for anything other than a professional therapeutic / healing / relaxing massage this place might not be for you. The reward program is great if you’re a local !

maia hinse The best nail salon I have been too! Alex is the best and never fails to make sure that I leave happy and completely satisfied. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and no regrets! I even bring my man along with me from time to time. All the staff is super nice and friendly. Plus they play the best movies while you get your nails done. If your thinking about coming, don’t think just do!

Kash E. This was my first time coming this salon. It had the best reviews of all the salons in my area, and my old salon was closed. I can see why they have such good ratings. Lily did my nails. She was gentle, kind, and super fast! From start to finish it was no more than 40 minutes and the prices are very reasonable. Everything came out perfect! So now I found my new spot only a few minutes away.

A Allen 2nd visit and the experience was so bad I won’t be back. 1st - my nails and feet don’t match. Same color chosen. It looks horrible as I chose the color on my feet; not my hands. I was rushed through the nail process and was not provided a gel coating to match, just the colored powder. When I asked why the bill was $131 for feet and hands on this simple design, I was given an attitude. I was told they charge $10 to take off powder to put back on powder and my two big toes are now crooked. The service is not worth it to me. Too many nail shops to be treated this way and provided bad service.

Karla Diez Fantastic experience! The service was quick, high-quality, and reasonably priced. I chose the Jelly Spa with Peppermint for my pedicure, and it was amazing. My mom and I both had a great time relaxing, and we even got to enjoy a glass of wine during our visit. Highly recommend!

Kadee Medrano JASMINE!!!! Where do I start? OK im literally SO ANAL about my nails. I come from NY and have been getting my nails done since i was 2, not lying. I am very particular about my nails! Things I value in a salon are cleanliness, quality of tools/products, transparency about services and customer service/friendliness. This salon excels in just about everything. The prices at this salon are very affordable compared to other places that charge way more and cant even compare. The jams are always on point and the drinks are always flowing too. Whether you enjoy coffee, tea or wine during your mani pedi they have you covered! Theres ample free parking-- another huge plus in Miami. I searched high and low for a salon that carried quality builder gel and Im so happy i finally found Skinny Dip and Jasmine. She is so talented, prides herself in her work, takes her time, upholds quality convo, is flexible and the list goes on! The rest of the staff has been nothing short of professional and helpful. I recommend you ditch your current salon and RUN, don’t walk here.

Denise Polonia Hao welcomed me and fit me in for a new acrylic set last minute. When removing the old set, he was careful to preserve the length of my natural nails. Unlike, most nail appointments, I didn’t resort to drowning out the experience with headphones. Fortunately for me, because he’s so funny. We had real conversations and he indulged my nude color choice and then ultimately, this beautiful gold chrome. I bartend and don’t use gloves to wash dishes so the fact that they’ve stayed so pristine, is a testament to the care he put into it. He and his wife are the new owners, hence the name change of the salon. I’m excited for their success.

Judy Guillaume I was really disappointed with my experience here today. It has been several years since I had gotten a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails so I was looking forward to this. Upon walking in, the person at the front desk just pointed to a kiosk and had me enter my phone number and then told me to wait. My pedicure chair was unplugged and I had to ask them to figure out why it wasn’t working. There was someone else’s nail extension floating in the water where my feet belonged. The tech cut my cuticle , making me bleed. Then my acrylic nails, the man didn’t size the extensions at all, just started gluing random sizes down. 4 nails are completely separated from the extensions. The nail art is already lifting. Super disappointed!!

Bri N I wish I could give zero stars.. I spoke with a woman at the front desk (who I now know is the owner) and first asked if they had someone with knowledge on structured manicures. She assured me that they did and quickly sat me with an older woman who proceeded to do my prior structured mani removal and manicure prep. I asked repeatedly if the woman could do structured, if she could do the design pictured and requested to keep my square/oval shape. She assured me and continued to proceed with services. The woman cut my nails to be ovular/cateye, did not do any steps with semblance to a structured manicure AT ALL and instead used multiple clear layers and then gel polish. Then when attempting the design, her French lines were inconsistent, and she could not properly place the thinner glitter line. I had to get the owners attention and request that someone more capable complete the design. The polish on the tips is even chipping and it’s only been a day. Overall, the work was haphazard and the owner was “so gracious” in giving me a 5 dollar discount for services that were fully wrong. I do not recommend this place at all, seek an alternative!

Bridget H Worst and most unsanitary manicure I have ever had. The woman doing my nails adhered acrylic to my skin in multiple places and then tried to cut it off my skin with an electric drill. I kept asking her to please stop drilling my skin, she would ignore me and continue doing so. Then she resorted to sharp scissors. Thats when I noticed the tools she was using she was just digging out of a drawer, they did not seem to be sanitized at all. This is all after she refused to give me the short manicure that I wanted because she said the length she picked would look better. I tried to explain to her that I cut hair and cant have long nails and she ignored me. None of the nails are the same shape or length. Theyre not uniform in any way and they look ridiculous on my fingers. Its now been over a day and a half since I got my nails done and my fingertips are still in so much pain. ***The picture of purple nails is the example i showed her for length and shape Please beware!

Mitzi Napoles First time doing my nails here. I had a great experience, very good customer service and outcome. My nails lasted about 3 weeks without any kind of damage. During those three weeks, aside from the regular activities of a mother, I trained with weights and did boxing 4 times a week, decorated a birthday party and set up a tent at a market place. Very good work, I totally recommend it!

Emily Cavan I got a gel pedicure here a few days ago. It was my first time at the salon. I got a simple French on my toes. The pedicure looks absolutely awful and one nail has already broken off. But, the worst part is the SANITARY CONDITIONS. They did not use a protective plastic bag in the foot tub. And all of the tools were OLD, deteriorated, and looked completely unsanitary. The skin on the bottom of my feet has literally been flaking off since I went there. I’ve never experienced my feet peeling after a pedicure in my entire life. Hoping it isn’t a type of fungal infection or athletes foot from the conditions of this salon.

Kami Hill Stopped in for a pedicure and Maria did a phenomenal job. My nails and feet look so good and it was extreme relaxing. Price was good, she was so sweet and even out cucumbers on my eyes during the service. I feel asleep! Highly recommend.

Alena Sarduy I literally needed an emergency manicure and came across this salon as a Google search I did while I was in the area. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a salon in a while. The salon is super cute and cozy, the technicians and reception were super nice and accommodated me last minute. But the best part was the actual manicure! I got a hard gel refill and it was like a mini Russian mani minus the price tag. My tech Vanessa made sure I was happy with the length, shape and color before going to the next step and it was half the price. I already booked for me pedicure next week, I loved it and 10/10 highly recommend.
