5 /5 Kash E.: This was my first time coming this salon. It had the best reviews of all the salons in my area, and my old salon was closed. I can see why they have such good ratings. Lily did my nails. She was gentle, kind, and super fast! From start to finish it was no more than 40 minutes and the prices are very reasonable. Everything came out perfect! So now I found my new spot only a few minutes away.

1 /5 A Allen: 2nd visit and the experience was so bad I won’t be back. 1st - my nails and feet don’t match. Same color chosen. It looks horrible as I chose the color on my feet; not my hands. I was rushed through the nail process and was not provided a gel coating to match, just the colored powder. When I asked why the bill was $131 for feet and hands on this simple design, I was given an attitude. I was told they charge $10 to take off powder to put back on powder and my two big toes are now crooked. The service is not worth it to me. Too many nail shops to be treated this way and provided bad service.

5 /5 Karla Diez: Fantastic experience! The service was quick, high-quality, and reasonably priced. I chose the Jelly Spa with Peppermint for my pedicure, and it was amazing. My mom and I both had a great time relaxing, and we even got to enjoy a glass of wine during our visit. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Lauren Mayorga: I love the new and improved Nail Expo. The decorations makes you feel like you’ve stepped into an upscale spa! Everyone is nice and greets you with a smile. They provide you with the services you request and of course offer you additional services or give you recommendations. Ultimately, they respect your choice. I showed a photo of the design I wanted and got a boost in the design to make it look even better. I LOVE my Christmas nails (mani & pedi - not pictured) Thank you NAIL EXPO!

1 /5 Ms B: The picture is what I wanted done. I told him I wanted clear pinkish fullset. Very simple. He kept trying to polish a solid beige. I showed him the picture and he yelled at me to stop showing him the picture and then told me to leave. I asked him if he would remove the nail tips that he had glued on and he told me he would charge me if he had to remove them. I was so embarrassed. I went to the nail shop by publix and they did my nails the way I wanted with no problem. They stated that it was very easy and they didnt understand why nail expo could not do it. I am new to the area and I have been going to the other nail place by publix ever since then. Nail expo are very rude! I never raised my voice and I did not use bad language. I am a very quiet person and I dont like confrontation. I was very humiliated to be treated like this especially in front of other people. That has never happened to me before.
