2 /5 Judy Guillaume: I was really disappointed with my experience here today. It has been several years since I had gotten a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails so I was looking forward to this. Upon walking in, the person at the front desk just pointed to a kiosk and had me enter my phone number and then told me to wait. My pedicure chair was unplugged and I had to ask them to figure out why it wasn’t working. There was someone else’s nail extension floating in the water where my feet belonged. The tech cut my cuticle , making me bleed.
Then my acrylic nails, the man didn’t size the extensions at all, just started gluing random sizes down. 4 nails are completely separated from the extensions. The nail art is already lifting.
Super disappointed!!
