Corinne E I was unsure of my insurance status, but stopped in to Pancare in Marianna by a suggestion from Telehealth for my son. One of the receptionists was nice, but as I was explaining my situation, the other lady rudely interrupted and took control of my inquiry! She abruptly stated out loud that they have two new patients today and can’t take another new patient, and just being really snippy and cold. I was nothing but pleasant, but this lady should not be working with people! My 15 year old said he almost opened his mouth the way she was speaking to me. I will not ever go back there for help. She had a tone and just, she added to my stressful day until I figured out my insurance status and spoke to another receptionist at another office who was kind and actually asked if I was okay! If you can’t handle simple customer service rapport, you shouldn’t have it as a job, especially when the business is about helping people!

Tom Walker The front desk ladies was awesome. The lady that took my x-ray was sweet and polite. The dentist ( only a temp dentist but needs to stay) he numbed me and in just a few minutes came back and in just seconds tooth was out. Just all around great service.

Shy Wolf Front desk ladies extremely rude, except Mrs.Holly. Very very rude clinic. Wanted proof of food stamp amount on paper, which Im having problems getting ahold of fs people. Let me slide on first time with 25$ copay, now they wont see or help me at all unless I get proof of fs. Will not recommend this rude place to anyone ever. They deserve zero stars. Wont ever go back either.
