The latest issue was a filling that fell out. I was looking for an emergency dentist in my area and found Dr. Ericssons number. It was a holiday weekend, and he was having dinner with his family, so he couldnt help me that night. However, the fact that he called back during his dinner left a lasting impression. I went back to the original dentist to replace the filling. Afterward, the tooth was sensitive, but I brushed this off as normal, given I had just replaced a filling. Two weeks went by, and I was in a lot of pain when I tried to eat, and eventually, I couldnt use that side of my mouth. I returned to the original dentist to ensure the filling was okay and was told that I needed a root canal and crown. I remembered Dr. Ericssons call back and decided to see what he thought about the tooth in question. They were able to book me an appointment for the following morning. The office is immaculate, the surroundings put you at ease, and you are given the amount of time and attention you deserve. Coming from a large dental company, this was a huge deal for me. I was used to fillings taking a few minutes and then being rushed out, but Dr. Ericsson took his time and ensured everything was right, which was also new to me. Ultimately, he removed the faulty filling and replaced it with one that works wonderfully. It was a warm environment, and I knew I was getting the best dental care possible. I dont need a root canal, and I can use that side of my mouth again, all thanks to Dr. Ericsson. He saved my tooth, and Im so glad I found him.
