Jess Sánchez If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. First, don’t expect to be seen at your scheduled appointment time. The staff member responsible for explaining pricing and insurance coverage is unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive, especially when asked to clarify costs over the phone to the primary insurance holder. During my procedure, multiple staff members entered the treatment area and conversed directly above me, without appropriate masking. This not only violates basic aseptic protocols but also raises serious concerns regarding cross-contamination and infection control practices. After reading other reviews and seeing photos of non-sterile instruments being used, I was even more appalled. The environment is visibly unsanitary, and my own experience of being exposed to unnecessary airborne contamination confirms these concerns. I will never return to this office and am genuinely puzzled as to how they haven’t been shut down for these violations.

Anairis Morales Who ever leaves a good review on this place is probably family members of people that work here because this place is extremely awful. To begin with they give you an appointment at 10 and you end up leaving at 5 or 6. They are very disorganized when they enter you they put you in different places and never tell you why they just tell you to wait and is a really long wait where ever they put you. The front desk people you ask them questions and they are with an attitude. The people doing the cleanings are also in a rush and hurt you in the process. They do x rays and never show them to you. The doctors don’t even say hi they come in check your teeth and walk out the same way they entered if everything is good they don’t even tell you everything looks good. Last time my mother took my brother she asked what they were going to do on him because she did not come on the last dentist visit and the guy rudely told her i have no idea and my mom was like you are doing my son a procedure you have no idea of. People are unprofessional, unethical and rude at this place.

Jose Alicea Today (9/28/2024) after 2 years visiting this Office, Dr Carolina Ospina REFUSED to comply with one (of Two) Cleanings per year , with No Copay included in my Dental Plan Insurance - AETNA, that annually were done by any Dentist in this Office. On top of that, the Dental Assistant (who refused to disclosed her name) was very rude and ordered to get "Out of the Office" .. should be in Video how discourteous she was.

Anairis Morales My experience and my family members experience was extremely the worst at this place. To begin my own experience they take hours to make you go in even if you have an appointment. This happens no matter what time or day of the week you go. They ran my insurance according to them but they never showed me why it was that amount they only told me I had to pay such amount. Everyone has a poor spirit like they don’t want to be their. When i got my cleanings and xray they never explained anything to me and the cleaning was super painful and I have never got hurt in a cleaning before like that. It was a regular cleaning and they were rough. Now that i went to a new place I saw that my insurance covers more and that i only had to pay 26 and according to westland mall dental i had to pay 120 dollars and never explained why. The same thing happened to my brother he had medicaid and they said he had to pay 2500 dollars and that they could do it the same day. A surgery requires you to take certain precautions before but they did not care about the precautions only taking the 2500 dollars. We decided to not do it that day and called the insurance and insurance said they can’t do a procedure same day that they need to send documents to insurance to get approval and that how he had medicaid the maximum he could of payed is 500 not all that money. They asked for the code and when we asked westland mall dental they did not want to give the code that supposively they said that would be used and why the insurance did not cover. They just wanted to take 2500 dollars. This place is a fraud. It is also super unprofessional and unethical. I do not recommend it at all.

Legna Hernandez Wish i could give zero stars just to post .well They started talking while doing a filling on me about what to buy for a birthday party and I had to wait there with my mouth opened and uncomfortable the whole time which took them awhile , after waiting so long to go in for the damn filling on my tooth .... this place just sucks. I gave it a try casue I use to come here when I was smaller but i dont recommend it at all. its been more than 6 months and I still cant forget how uncomfortable I felt there. Plus the place needs huge updates .

Dialma Hernandez Horrible customer service. The secretary is what I like to call amargada and looks like she doesnt like her job apparently. I had been waiting for this appointment for a month. My appointment felt like they werent understanding why I am there when I expressed why multiple times and the dentist didnt even last more than 2 mins to seat down with me and talk about why I am there. He didnt even show me my images as to why I came in and the solution was to just go somewhere else rather than at least give me a reference to someone else if he could not do anything for me. It felt like a waste of an appointment and no class at all. I dont recommend for anyone. If u want to not get your moneys worth or insurance worth then u can come here, but this place is a scam.
