Skye Dyer Didn’t like this place what so ever my daughter is Autistic and they seemed to not understand the needs she needed I kept trying to explain to them what needed to be done with her and they seemed to just blow me off I’m definitely not taking her back there keep in mind her appointment was for 1 she got her teeth cleaned, and an xray done they kept pushing my daughter to get it done I wasn’t happy, as a mom no one should have to see their child cry for them. Anyways we sat an waited almost an hour and never got seen by the dentist! Absolutely insane!

Brittany Thompson My 12 year old autistic/adhd child lets them clean his teeth and fill cavities. Thats how comfortable and confident I am bringing him here. I trust them with all of my children and they are very patient especially with my autistic child. He just wears his noise canceling headphones and off he goes. No fits. No fears. No problems. And hes always excited to return. I cant say enough about this place. Appointments for cleanings are quick...in and out in about 45 minutes. Filling cavities is a little longer of course but they let you sit in your car and call you when theyre done. Office staff is incredibly organized and efficient. They never let me forget to get a school note which I tend to forget sometimes. I take all of my children here and have for almost 25 years. Never had a bad thing to say:)

Leeza Medrano Started going there 8-9 years ago and it has went down hill. The staff is very rude. Place is filthy and they book to many people for the time frame. 8am appointment and to not get out of there until after 11 routine visit 6 month cleaning is ridiculous, how they have the chairs in waiting room now you have to sit back to back with other people and heads touching. Restroom is always out of order for females use males is smells like urine. Filthy. Do not recommend this place at all.

Frank Marcellino I would definitely recommend Dr. Campbell and his team. He is extremely professional with a high level of expertise. My procedure went perfectly, and I never felt an iota of pain. The staff is awesome, compassionate and so willing to help you have a positive experience throughout! I just recently had an issue that required immediate attention and was given an appointment the next morning with Dr. Patel. She is an amazing and talented young doctor with fantastic skill. She was so gentle I required no anesthesia. For me that’s just an amazing experience, and that’s why I will always recommend Lakeland Periodontics to family and friends!!

Tiny Tiny Love this place. i wasnt expecting to get my denture alot faster than i expected. First visit already got my impressions done. 3 more visits then comes a perfect smile. Love it. Joseph Pisano I find this location to be both professional and friendly. Doctor Cartagena, the dental assists Dee and Xray tech were amazing. They were kind, well informed, supportive, encouraging and took very good care of me and my urgent issue. Within 2 days, I had the surgery and feeling 100% better. I would highly recommend this location and staff.

Maria Trevino Today was my second time going to Tampa Bay Institute of oral surgery and dental implants, the 1st time I had to get like 9 teeth pulled, my 4 wisdoms teeth, and 5 other teeth that were damaged, but I dont know why but for some reason the had not took out #15 they left it didnt take it out, but then my dentist told me that I have to go back to get #15 taken out I cant save that tooth so I had to go back for the second time to get it removed. But both time I was treated at Tampa Bay Institute of oral surgery and dental implants the staff were very friendly and professional and treated me very well. The second time I went I had my service dog in training with me for the first time their, but they were very friendly with my service dog

Wanda Quinerly Had my first initial appointment today with Coast Dental. I am very happy with the outcome. My visit included x-rays and cleaning. The staff were very professional, friendly, and caring. I pray they never change except for becoming greater in their skills and purpose. I noticed right away the atmosphere as being relax and cheerful, instead of rigid and tense. They worked as a team to provide the best of care, with me being the center of their attention, They took the time to listen to my concerns and expectations for care, wrote a Proposed Treatment Plan and took the time to go over each one as well as the cost, scheduled my next maintenance cleaning as well as appointment for items on my treatment plan. Looking forward to my next visit!

Stephanie Franco We absolutely love everyone there. We always have such a wonderful experience. They explain everything in great detail which as a mom I appreciate more than they know. They are so sweet to the children and understanding. My children have been patients there for 7-8 years and I cannot imagine ever going to another dentist for them. I cannot recommend them enough. 5 stars is simply not adequate for this group of people and their level of expertise.

Christy Naumowicz I was very impressed with this dentist office. We have had a hard time finding a true pediatric that I trust here lately. This is our third dentist and we finally found somewhere we will be back. They allowed parents in the back, that was a huge issue for me, so I am so thankful this office allowed that with no issues. They also didnt push or press if we did not want certain treatments. They were great with my kids. Highly recommend

Ashley Swift Went here for my sons very first dental appointment and he really enjoyed it. They have a play area for the kids in the waiting room along with cartoons playing on the TV. The wait was actually very quick though! In the office there were puzzles for him to play with while the doctors went over the information for the visit. The cleaning was quick and easy, and my son got to sit in my lap the whole time. What a great experience we both had. Would recommend to every parent!

No excuses to have a top notch mouth hygiene because this staff are so caring and friendly you will get the service that you need with professional personnel. Stephanie took excellent care of my mom and now myself, and she is absolutely the best; great personality very caring, and friendly technician. Samantha Costello I was referred here by my dentist for a wisdom tooth removal. While I haven’t had my removal yet, currently scheduled with them, I was very happy with the service I received in my consultation appointment. I’ve never had any surgery as invasive as this before and I voiced that I was anxious and what I was most scared of and Justin was helping me at the time, he was very professional and personable. He made me feel much more comfortable about the treatment by answering my questions and reassuring me but he also made me feel more confident in the work they do there and made sure I understood in detail what to expect and all of my options! Along with everyone else I met that day, I felt great about choosing them for my removal.

When I first came to the office I noticed how clean it was, I was greeted by tons of smiles from the staff. When I went in for my exams Jenn was great. She took care of me and explained what was going on with my teeth. I felt so comfortable next to her. She made my day actually. I can’t believe how quick Dr Lee was able to do everything, he was so sweet and very trustworthy, his credentials speak for themselves. The man who wheeled me out was so kind too: I know I was acting crazy after the anesthesia LOL. I didn’t not want to get up. He was very very helpful as well. Nana Nacier I booked a cleaning two months ago just to get to the office early and on time and be told that I won’t be getting a cleaning since it’s late. For one, isn’t it common courtesy to let the person know ahead of time ? They completed my xray in 2 minutes and sent me home . My appt lasted a total of 15 minutes and was complete waste of my time.

They gave me a cleaning that last hardly 5 minutes and when I told them how rude they were and that I would never come back and her response was "we have 1000s of patients", she was upset that I didnt want to purchase any extras or their products. I am appalled and so disgusted with the lack of professionalism. Save your time and money. This place is horrible

Shannon Andrews I wanted to share my experience from my appointment at your Lakeland location on Robin St. on April 17, 2025, with Dr. Ibrihim. After waiting in the chair for an hour, the root canal procedure began, but it seemed inadequately prepared. The necessary tools were not laid out or properly sterilized. Each time a tool was needed, the assistant had to leave the room to find what often appeared to be the incorrect one. During the procedure, I observed Dr. Ibrihim rinsing tools under tap water before using them in my mouth, which felt unsanitary. When I raised this concern, his response seemed sarcastic and then he left for about 45 minutes. Upon returning, he informed me that only a filling would be done and that I would need to return for a crown—this was not what we had previously discussed. After leaving your office, I experienced pain and returned to address it. Unfortunately, instead of resolving my concerns, the front desk staff argued with me. When I expressed discomfort over their unprofessional behavior, Dr. Ibrihim confronted me aggressively while other patients were present. This interaction was quite distressing and made me feel unsafe enough to contact local authorities to file a report. As it stands now, my dental work remains unfinished and I am seeking a new dentist.Hopefully at a different location. Best regards.

Leslie I went to get a regular exam and cleaning. I left with a giant bill and not being covered by anything and the rug pulled out from under me. I was told that my X-rays are covered and cleaning is covered and so I was okay with that. Then they started the X-rays and said we are doing a set of eight today. I noticed posters all over the walls about gum disease and stuff they then decided to tell me I have gum infection and I have to have a deep cleaning. I have not been told that before in the past and my gums seemed perfectly fine. I told them I am sensitive to pain and please numb my mouth. They said sure we can do that no problem. That did not inform me that that it will cost me out of pocket. Then after my cleaning the hygienist says… we are giving you this bottle to take home for your gum disease GIVING. Not charging you. I thought oh how nice thank you. Then after that I was presented with a list of break downs of my insurance and what I owe and what I don’t and I was told I am to pay for the extra X-rays I would have said no to if I knew I would have to pay for and the numbing agent if I was told it was extra and the lovely bottle that was given to me. I owe 73.00 out of pocket. I called my insurance and they connected me to there office so I would be covered and Smile Design still refused to cover all cost. Then I find out from my insurance company that not only they are not covering what I thought should be. I am now being told I owe them 190.00 for the X-rays and 43.00 each for the two other things. That’s ridiculous when I have a paper I singed that says 73.00. Not to mention when I was there they were way to personal with my information and wanted to know to much about my medical background and stuff. I felt like I was in an interview or something. Why did they need to know why I take the medicine I take and all my history of past medical days. I was here for my teeth. I would not recommend these people to anyone ever. I will never go back to them again.

Delynia Sherrill Dr is rude, Staff is not knowledgeable at all. They are horrible with following through with Patient care. I had to call a numerous amount of times to try to get them to send necessary info to insurance. (be mindful that when you call you either get a scheduler that has no clue about anything clinical or you get a voicemail) ... Anywho, They never sent the info to insurance for approval but instead they did try and get My Son back for another appt to do xrays that they had already gotten at the initial appt. When I called back to ask Why was the additional xrays needed (as I am not from the area and to drive back would be a huge inconvenience just to get the same xrays ) they would not explain but instead told Me that My Son could go see another Dentist/Ortho instead.

Denise Shaffer This place should be shut down! No longer $29 emergency visits I paid almost $100 to be seen . I needed a tooth extraction . The doctor was not able to numb my tooth and proceeded to still pull. When I told her I was in pain, she said, its just pressure. ( no I was in pain). After she broke my tooth into pieces she said she couldnt do it. I needed to see a surgeon and it was friday afternoon everywhere was closed. She didnt care sent my home in alot of pain. Luckily there was one surgeon about to close but took me in , ended up spending 1k because they had to put me to sleep. Do not go there!!! If I can give him zero stars, I would I waited hours for her to mess me up. They are barbaric!!

Hans Arndt If youre looking for a no-frills dentist who gets the job done well and at a fair price, this is the place. No fancy waiting room with waterfalls or high-tech gadgets, just straightforward dental care. I’ll admit I was a bit apprehensive at first because of the negative reviews, but after my visit, I suspect those reviews came from people expecting a "luxury spa" dentist. Here, you’re not being pressured into payment plans that cost more than a car loan, and the prices are excellent for the quality of care provided. If you want solid dental work without the bells and whistles, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Don Haven New Teeth Now is absolutely amazing! The entire team is always available to answer any and all of your questions, no matter how big or small. What really impressed me is that the doctor personally calls you back as soon as possible — that level of care is rare these days. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Chris Ryder Having just finished my complete journey with New Teeth Now i wanted to post my review. I spent 18 months researching my options, calculating costs ( both financial and emotional) and talking to or visiting 10 practitioners, some in Fl and some not. New Teeth Now were my final choice and I have absolutely no regrets. I love what they did for me!!! However, I recommend educating yourself, the resources are out there. THANK YOU NEW TEETH NOW!

The experience at New Teeth Now was incredible right from the first appointment to see if i was a viable candidate. Not just professional.. everyone was friendly, taking time to explain whatever detail I needed to know, never being impatient. Sarah Stewart Agnini Dental is the best of the best! The customer service desk is always friendly and helpful. The Dental Hygienist and Dentists are very knowledgeable and do very good work. I recently had a chip in my veneers and they fixed it within 20 minutes on the same day as my cleaning. I will always use/ trust Agnini for my dental care!

Holly Manfredi I have been a patient of Agnini Dental for several years and can honestly say it was the best choice I’ve made. The entire staff is knowledgeable and polite. The dentists are attentive to issues you are experiencing and explain treatments in easy to understand language. The hygienists are thorough and also explain their findings.

Tracy SUTCLIFFE Had a crown of 30 years replaced -10 trips to have job completed ( wrong color, wouldn’t stay in, etc) - couldn’t get tooth to fit properly - shaved bottom teeth & suggested ortho work , yet previous tooth had no issues w fit !?!? - fit for mouth guard - when it arrived, didn’t fit properly and refused to re-make ! - put fixative used for molars on front tooth cap - less than 1.5 years later the tooth moves -guarantee on work “5 years”. LIED! when I went, they said it was my tooth not their work and refused to honor their “ guarantee” -wanted to charge $280 to remove the tooth that was adhered w strong adhesive and NOT covered / no insurance applied ! — I’m left with a broken tooth & cap that’s falling apart … previous one lasted 30 plus years yet theirs less then 2!!! Expected to charge full pricing $1200 for work that should have been covered under their “ guarantee “ and placed properly ! Blaming pt mouth / stating one needs ortho work when previous lasted decades is insane! - most staff are friendly -

lourdes romo Avoid This Place at All Costs! I had the absolute worst experience at this dental office. The customer service is horrendous—they seem more interested in taking your money than actually helping you. Dr. G, in particular, was extremely condescending, treating me as if I didn’t speak English. It was not only unprofessional but also downright rude. To make matters worse, they got upset when I refused a saliva test and gave me a completely wrong diagnosis. It felt like they were just trying to push unnecessary treatments. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. Be very careful, as it seems like they’re more interested in making money than providing quality care.
