MaryClare Nguyen I have been a patient of Elegantly Dental since it opened. When I came the first time for clean my teeth, I saw the professional care and work. When I went home, I told my sisters and my brothers about the dentist and staffs how good they were. They came for services and became the patients of this Dental until now. Even my older sister, her Medicare Health insurance did not cover, but she still happy to pay from her own.I ask her why you dont find the dentist whom your Medicare Health insurance cover so you dont need to pay for it. She said that she had 2 or 3 dentists before, but they were not good. She told me that she liked the care, work, and respect of patients from Elegantly Dental so she wants to stay with them. My brothers sisters, and myself are still the loyal patients of Elegantly Dental for years, now, and in the future.

Arnaldo Rebolledo Avoid this place and save your money. I choose this office because has a convenient location, but I regretted after. My 14 years old daughter and I went to perform annual check. For my daughter they provided a 15K estimate, because according to them she needs 5 root canal and 5 crowns (I was in shock after that) plus deep cleaning, plus cavities. And of course orthodontic treatment. She was on pain so we only agreed to do one( $1,500 after insurance coverage ) and of course we had to choose the dental payment plan agreement and for me of course a deep cleaning $260 and some cavities with orthodontic of course. We left this place not 100% my daughter needs this and visited 3 more dentist and all of them agreed that she didn’t need a root canal or Crown. My dental insurance only cover the general visit and at the only coveted for $600 of the main bill of $2000. I cancel my appointment for cleaning and cavities of course and only finish the crown for my daughter because we already are in debt for this. The staff is not friendly, they are super dry and of course the dentist is an arrogant person that only is there to make money. Hopefully more people read this before visit this place and save money.

Elizabeth Kroll I used to be terrified of the dentist but Dr. Gruskin and her team have helped me overcome my fear. The team there is personable and patient. They’re communicative about every step of your procedures and I can tell my comfort is their highest priority. I also appreciate how Dr. Gruskin and her team don’t shame you about issues with your teeth but instead work with you to resolve these issues and prevent any more problems in the future. If you want a dentist who listens and is understanding, I cannot recommend Paradise Dental enough.

Megan Reiber I called yesterday to see if I could get in for a broken tooth. He said he would get me in at 9:30am (definitely not 24hrs). He then took and x-ray and said there was not much he could do. Then proceed to charge me $150.00 (for nothing). The place looked like it was not licensed and it was extremely dirty. There was tools on the ground!!! I am glad I did not get anything done afraid of contacting an infection. THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY DIRTY AND SEEMED LIKE IT WAS BEING RUN ILLEGALLY! The windows were bordered up. The photos they used online ARE NOT REAL! For your own safety do not go get work done here. Nothing was properly sanitized.

Coco Yang I came down for vacation, I had a toothache once I arrived in Orlando. I took Morin and toothache gel, but didn’t help me much. I found Dr. Sidawi, he was very helpful and very nice! And he told me that if I still feel too pain, just come to see him and no extra charge ! I highly recommend him if you are in emergency situations!

Seni Asor East West Dental has friendly staff, but there seems to be an ongoing challenge with maintaining scheduled appointments. I’ve experienced multiple instances where my appointments were rescheduled, sometimes more than once, which can be inconvenient when trying to plan my day. I hope they can improve the consistency of their scheduling in the future.

I am particularly pleased with Dr. Erik Karacheban’s work who did everything to decrease my anxiety making it possible for me to have my teeth done. Shadey Massa MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CLINIC EVER!!! DONT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS YOU SEE ON HERE. My 3 children have been attending this dentist office since little(over 10 years). They had an amazing dentist there who worked with my oldest daughter for so many years, and he was the only reason why I had never removed my kids from that office, but he then retired. Let me start by saying that every Single 6 months that my kids appointments approach, the front office staff never misses a chance to call me and try to make me believe my appts were on a different day or time and when i mention i have proof of date and time they then ask if they can change my appointments. Every single time, they have an excuse that the doctor wont be in that day or needs to leave early for a family matter. Again, this has happened for years, and Ive let it slide because the dentist there was amazing! Now, I was recently told that my oldest daughter needs braces, and over 1 month Ive been calling this clinic to please look into my daughters dental coverage and let me know how much I have to pay. (My daughter has private dental coverage) Ive gone into this office, Ive asked to speak to the manager on multiple occasions and they have even hung up on my face after asking me to hold. After speaking with the manager, it was only to realize that the manager wasnt any better nor more educated than the front desk staff. She tried to make every excuse for what my family and I were put through, saying that the phones always hang up on their own. She also said that they are trying to take a lot of Medicaid patients, and that is the reason why they forget to call people back because they are really busy.. (This shouldnt be the patients problem that the clinic is trying to over book and cant handle the amount of patients they have) The manager then gave me her word that she would call my daughters insurance herself and call me back, NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER! 1 and a half months later, and still nothing. HORRIBLE PLACE !!! I took my daughter to another dentist office and Braces were put on her the very next day. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!

Scott Ziegler Excellent dentistry in SW Orange County Universal Dental Spa excels in the quality of dental care and staff like Viber, Lia, Hilde, Fabiola and Jessica, exceptional communication, a welcoming beautiful atmosphere, state of the art procedures and very clean, organized operations. Wow. But the key to my 5 star experience is the resort/spa-like treatment including personalized media, comfort blanket if wanted and complementary items like a scented, warm clean up cloth when finished, Chapstick and water. The Ritz Carlton of Orlando full service dentists at a great value! And also very important: fair prices, a great location in SW Orlando and plenty of adjacent, free parking. Why go anywhere else?

T McCarthy We love this dental office! The actual dentists seem to vary each time we are there, but the staff is consistent. Everyone weve encountered has been very personable, patient and kind. They also have a great, in-house, plan that allows you to pay a flat rate for a year of x-rays, dentist check-ups and cleanings. It gives a discount on other dental services I think as well. Super affordable. They are great about getting patients seen quickly as well. Weve been very pleased with the care they provide.

Lexy Witch The procedure was successful. However, the excessive use of X-rays caused some anxiety due to the known link between radiation and cancer risk. Additionally, the dentist appeared rushed, lacking the professionalism and attentiveness I expected. While the experience wasnt negative, it fell short of my expectations, and I will carefully consider whether to return for future appointments. I anticipate a more compassionate and considerate response upon my return.

I was having an issue with my teeth that has been on going for months, with no help from 3 dental offices I visit in the last 3 month. Today we came up with a plan to have all my dental needs addressed and resolve in such a short time. I arrived in pain and left with little to no pain. drey miles Let me start by saying in my 39 years on this earth and 17 of them spent in the Air Force have I ever encountered and Dentist Dr. Varela. That was more knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring, and Honest. I went in for a deep cleaning thanks to the lovely VA pushing me around forever. In any case it was pain free I gained a lot of knowledge (4 minutes brushing not 2) and won’t see another dentist as long as I stay in Orlando. His staff is so kind and thoughtful all the ladies care for the patients. The lady at the front desk knew my name when I opened we the door; needless to say my mind was blown. They are a great group of people here and if you’re in the area and can get here please allow them to take care of your needs.
