Abreu Priscila (Luggage Outlet) I have to share my experience with the beauty treatments I made with Victoria. I love going to Devi’s Beauty to take care of myself. The space is very cozy and is in a great location. She is super professional, passionate about what she does, very patient and has knowledge about many different techniques for permanent make up and lashes. I’ve done my lashes and permanent lip with her and Im super satisfied with how it looks. Definitely a great place to go with you are looking for permanent make up and lashes extensions.

Michelle Carmona 10/10+10. Issara always makes me feel so confident when I leave. She listens to what I’m looking for and delivers. I’m very particular, but with her I literally say it once and never again. After my first 2 appointments I can take my beloved lash nap and know I’ll wake up with the perfect set. When it’s time for brows she slays them every time. I couldn’t recommend her and Blyss Beauty enough! Additionally, the music, the ambiance and overall experience when you go in is like the perfect girls day. If you haven’t been, you’re cheating yourself. I’ve been going for almost a year and it’s the best decision I’ve made.

Genesys Sierra Ive never gotten a lash lift before but wanted to try it out before my trip. I wanted to make sure I went to someone reputable and my cousin recommended Alyssa. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful and explained the entire process step by step. I had a concern which she addressed immediately. I absolutely love my results and will be visiting again.

Rozalyn Pyser This lady profiled me and thought I was some rich kid because I told her I just bought a my first home with my family. She up charged the hell out of me for a 5 minute hair cut. I should have told her that I was homeless for 7 years and just got out of a women’s homeless shelter and been saving for this hair cut for months. That’s the truth. She cut my hair in less than 5 minutes and then was trying to sell me for 30 minutes on products I can’t afford. I wish I walked out of there when she insulted my hair and talked over me the first time. Oh yeah she also talked over me EVERYTIME I TRIED SPEAKING. It was an awful experience. I could have cut my own hair how I wanted and saved $70 and a lot of tears but I wanted to treat myself. Ive been crying for 2 days over this awful haircut and awful experience.

Susan and Kids My daughter had a unique hair coloring request and I called all over for a quote and unfortunately every place I called wanted past my budget for the cut and color. I emailed Uyen not knowing anything about her or her salon and she was so kind and responded quickly. She suggest we come by and she can look to see in person what my daughter wanted to do to her hair (extra point! Lol). We went in for said quote, she looked her over and quoted us significantly less than other salons and used better products! We scheduled for the following week. Yesterday was that day and the experience she gave my daughter was amazing! My daughter has social anxiety and is nervous around people she doesnt know. Ms. Uyen made her feel so beautiful and talked to her like she was a friend. The cut and color was better than what we expected and my daughter left there with a sense of confidence I have not seen on her in a long time!! I wish I knew of this salon before, we will recommend her to everyone!! Thank you Uyen for the amazing customer service!!

Kathi Frye I had a very needed hair appointment today, colored, cut and styled. Uyen always does a fantastic job and my hair looks & feels great when I leave. I always wish it would look that way when I do it at home. Uyen goes out of her way to make you comfortable while your there. She is wonderful and I highly recommend.

samantha rivera My experience here as a student was just okay, leaving Aveda I truly still feel like i know nothing and that the curriculum isnt that helpful, I was in the esthetician program and learning the ingredients in skin care products was very helpful. Everything is just around the aveda products itself and I do understand that I did sign up to a school with their own skin care brand, but now leaving the school I dont even know what to buy to start my own facial business. I wish they taught us more than just the"aveda way." as I just graduated two weeks ago I still feel unprepared and useless in the beauty industry. While being taught The theory portion it was all through a zoom call with other institute around Florida and I feel like I was learning nothing because learning from another teacher on Zoom is not easy as they are just going at their own pace and only really stopping for their own class. I had a hard time being able to listen to the Zoom call as most of the time the other teachers at the other institute would just talk extremely fast and it felt like they were just throwing out information more than actually teaching. At aveda, I felt like an unpaid brand ambassador and they seem to care more about how many products you sell and doing your quotas than your education in itself. You can get your moneys worth somewhere else. The student financial aid was always a disaster, and could never get anything right, they ignored my moms emails constantly and when I went to go talk to him about my moms emails he said and i quote "i saw it, i just didnt want to reply" and the person behind all of our hours and licensing was never any help and failed to answer emails and that was a complaint by many students. I had higher expectations going into aveda because I know it is a well-known very popular brand but I just feel like I left the school know nothing. I was extremely excited to start this chapter when I first started off at aveda, but the more time I was there, the more drained I was and kept questioning myself about why i chose this career path for myself. Definitely do your research before going to the "name brand school,"

Emma Milazzo I have been coming to this school for facials and hair cuts/color/ highlights for about one year. I have never been disappointed. My hair sometimes doesnt come out perfect but I understand they are students and deserve grace. I experienced the students always doing their best with the guidance from their Educators. I appreciate that the Educators, Steve, Crystal and Kristen were constantly checking the students work and correcting them as they went through each phase of hair color and cut. The attention to detail is very good and you cant beat the cost over a salon.
