5 /5 Donna Glover: I am above satisfied with Amelia Dental Group. The staff is amazing and communication is spot on. Dr Garrett is the Very Best Dentist I have ever gone to and I thought I had been to the best. Dr Garrett has had some challenging appointments due to many very old crowns, fillings and crooked teeth that I have finally had corrected. Unfortunately a few of my old crowns have had infection to the bone and required bone grafts and implants. Not unusual when crowns or root canals were completed 20-30 years ago. Much has changed in the dental technology, AmeliaDental is on top of technology. My crowns always fit the first time. No visits to correct my bite as in the past. Thank you Doctor Garrett for being Superior and caring about your patients.

5 /5 L: Very professional and friendly office staff. Jessica/technician was reassuring and kind, she really knows her stuff, excellent. Dr Olsen is probably the best dentist I have been treated by, he made my two chipped front teeth look great, also a perfect fit on an old crown which he replaced. I dread going to the dentist but the entire process at this office was non-judgemental even though it was a while since I went to the dentist, they are a great team, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking an excellent dentist and great staff.

5 /5 Gretchen Bruner: I went to Dr Olson at Atlantic Smiles in Fernandina Beach, Florida today. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth , was a wonderful young man! This was my second time with him. Both times Raj was excellent, polite, thorough, gentle and personable. He spent a lot of time doing the exam and cleaning and did a superior job. I have been going to Dr. Olson’s office for several years now and have never been disappointed. I recommend Atlantic Smiles to anyone who is looking for an excellent dentist!!

As someone who hates going to the dentist (pain, needles, etc.), it has been almost pain free. They are very professional in explaining what the various procedures entail and talk you through it step by step. This is very reassuring to me. Dental work is expensive anywhere you go. Unfortunately, I’m not done yet but I do have great confidence that First Coast Oral Surgery is providing me with the best care possible.

Gloria Zavala: My son happened to be in the area in August because he attends college in Savannah and he had recently had an accident where his front tooth was chipped. He decided to look for a dentist to get it fixed and he found this place. He went August 7th to get a bonding done and it is now December 19 and his tooth chipped once again from simply putting his teeth together. He wasn’t eating or chewing anything. Obviously the work done was very poor. I called the office to explain what had happened and obviously the person I spoke to would not even let me finish what I wanted to say. She kept interrupting me and then goes on to say, “Oh maybe he wasn’t wearing his guard?” What guard my son doesn’t wear a guard because he doesn’t grind his teeth. His tooth chipped due to an accident! We don’t live in Fernandina and obviously I am not going to drive 8 hours to have this dentist repair the tooth again. It’s not worth the tolls and gas I would have to pay. Plus, I’m sure it would chip once again in no time if it happened already within 4 months! I’ve had a bonding done here in Miami and it’s been 5 years and I haven’t had any issues and it’s on the same front tooth. I’ll be looking for a dentist here and obviously I’m going to have to pay a copayment just like I did at this place and so now I’ve lost money due to the poor job that was done to begin with! J: Long story short, just got off the phone with one of there employees. I had a front tooth filled less than a year ago and the same filling fell out a week ago. I have had to call them numerous times to find out it they fill pay to have the tooth fixed as I am not in Florida at the moment. I was just informed that they wont cover it. There was no legitimate reason for them not to. They did the work and the filling came out. Basically told to take a hiken and that they were refusing to take care of there failed work! Exceptional customer service?! I think not
