During my consultation, they took more x-rays than I’ve ever had at any other dental office, which made me feel like they were being super thorough. They even had openings for treatment the same day, which was so convenient! I ended up getting fillings, a gingivitis treatment, and a cleaning—all in one visit. Ashley, Claudia, Delisa, Dr. Aries made sure I was comfortable the whole time and even sent me off with some goodies. So quick, professional, and kind. I’m really happy I found this place—highly recommend!

The staff is so, so sweet and helpful - Ashley and Lex were the highlights of the experience! Lex was informative and gentle while taking my scans, x-rays, photos, etc. and Ashley went above and beyond to sort out my insurance issues and provide me a thorough explanation of my expected costs for future services. The office itself is extremely nice - well decorated and clean, with high-tech equipment! It’s definitely the most aesthetic dentist office I’ve been to and it added to the overall experience that I had.

Justin Clayton: I came in complaining of one particular tooth that was causing me pain and In terms of my visit itself, the staff was friendly and fast. My teeth are jacked and nobody made me feel uncomfortable about my situation even the dr was polite and seemingly caring. But when it came to the treatment plan and financing Joanna was terrible to work with. Disclaimer I have a dentist in the family across the country and I was being charged things in the treatment plan that were according to my family member "completely unnecessary " I advised Tampa palms it was self pay as my dental insurance kind of sucks and my assumption is they threw more items in there. Then when it came time to come up with a plan of action Joanna was like a freaking shark she was asking me how much money I had in my savings (mind your own business, if I can afford the treatment Ill decide that on my own) she also advised me to apply for financing I told her I wanted to discuss with my wife first to which she told me" if you apply in office I can see about working with the DR about working within your approval amount" seemed helpful but no discounts were given after applying so she essentially lied to me and now I have an open line of credit that I wouldnt have applied for had she not made empty promises, also the tooth I went in to get taken care of never even got addressed or mentioned again until I complained about it to Joanna(I opted not to get the work done there anyways after speaking with her). Needless to say Im exploring other offices.
