Jen D I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at A Winning Smile Dentist. Before my appointment, I clearly explained that I only wanted services performed that were covered by my dental insurance — I pay a monthly premium for coverage and wanted to avoid any unexpected charges. The hygienist reassured me multiple times that everything being done, including the x-rays, was covered by my plan. Based on that reassurance, I went forward with the visit. To my surprise, I received a bill for $112, dated April 10, for services my insurance apparently did not approve. When I called on April 21 to ask about the charge, I was told there was nothing they could do and that the x-rays were denied by my insurance — despite their repeated assurances that this wouldn’t happen. This feels misleading and careless. I would not have agreed to the service had I known it wasn’t covered. It’s frustrating to be financially responsible for something I tried to avoid from the beginning. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone who values clear communication or transparency about costs.

Susana D Came to this dental office 3 times last year for my cleaning. Everything was okay. My insurance covers 3 cleanings a year. I came back today, three months later, and Sage dental was trying to charge me $166. Without it my cleaning couldn’t be completed. But I never paid before and they did the same treatment. Very rude. Trying to rip people off. I am changing dentist. I called my insurance and they told me what I already knew, that my cleaning was covered.

wayne stowers Everyone was so pleasant and willing to help me. The experience I’ve had at the center has been nothing less than top shelf. I went in with the intention of having my teeth pulled but the Dentist told me my teeth were in good shape and I didn’t need to go that route. So I elected to have a retainer made instead. When I went in to see if the metal part of retainer fit and was comfortable, it fit like a glove. Five Stars for these guys.

Anne DeLuca I thank the doctor for being upfront right off the bat and letting me know that what I was looking for is impossible in his office however, Phil the assistant there was gracious enough to give me the card of a dentist that I already have an appointment with on Monday Monday to see if we can salvage some of this work that’s been damaged and the receptionist can think of her name, but she is wonderful so all in all it was a nice experience. I would highly recommend to any of my friends.

Charles Homer This is a long overdue review. I went here to affordable dentures for a full upper arch. I was given a lay out of all my options and agreed on implants. Make no mistake about it that it is a life changing experience. The staff here has done everything in their power to make as smooth an experience as possible. I am wearing final dentures now and love them. Have had any couple warranty issues that were addressed immediately and fixed. I would highly recommend this office for your denture needs. Charles

I’ve had a cleaning , 3 cavities , 1 crown another crown replacement. I had the medicine put in my gums it was out of pocket but was worth every penny.They use UP TO DATE technologie/devices so if they tell you to do something you better do it. We have a society like to eat at nice restaurants or buy nice things but when it’s time to take care of our health we don’t want to spend. Your dentist is very important and should be treated like royalty!

La Taurus Fuqua I must stop and leave this honest review. I live downtown and I have called a visted a few dentist in the area. This is the most cost effective and honest dental office .they also was able to get me in next day . I received a deep cleaning today which my insurance didnt fully cover . The charged me my deductible plus a small additional fee. Instead outrageous prices that I was quoted from other neighboring dentist . They also are great for someone who has no insurance. They offer a $100 a year vip plan and only $45 additional for cleanings all year with discounted pricing for additional treatments. The office is clean and even though downtown they have a garage you can get free parking so ask before you come . Last but not least you get a feee mini massage from the place next door which is so worth it. Jen at the massage parlor is awesome . Show me Jen this review for an 5 extra minutes on massage .

Debby Shadoff Five stars isn’t enough. From the minute, my husband and I walked in and subsequently spoke with the staff, it was a positive experience. They actually listened to us. They were able to repair my husband’s partial in under two hours, whereas our previous dentist took weeks to repair it a year or so ago. I needed to consult regarding an implant versus a bridge and again, they actually listened to me and we have agreed on a treatment plan. Dr Greenstein was easy to talk to and made going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
