1 /5 Jessica Ford: I have been debating for a long time whether or not I should post this review - I do not take posting a negative review lightly. Medical professionals are also human and make mistakes, however this is more than that, and I thought I might be able to help someone with sharing my experience. I have been coming to this office for many years with all my dental needs, and I never had a problem before recently. The hygienists are great, no complaints there. But a while back I had my annual exam and my dentist found some problems with my teeth. I thought this was odd because my most recent exam showed no problems, and suddenly just a few months later my mouth is a mess, but I trusted my doctor. I spent thousands of dollars on fillings, a dental guard, and a new crown. I’m unhappy with the guard they made me, even after having it adjusted it is just too uncomfortable, so now I use the disposable guards and wasted a lot of money on that. The new crown is what caused me the most grief. It fell out while I was eating just a couple months after they cemented it. I thought no biggie, I will just have them cement it again. Well a week later the “permanent” crown fell out again while eating something soft. I was so upset, and was offered no explanation of how that could happen. My original crown which was done at a different office was in my mouth for over a decade and never fell out despite using it to chew on everything. To this day I don’t chew on the side of my mouth with the crown because I’m afraid of it falling out, and that’s just not okay. Also at that exam the doctor told me I would need a root canal on my bottom molar, well I went to a different dentist recently and he told me no I do not need a root canal on that tooth. All I’m saying is that it might be a good idea to get second opinions and listen to your gut. I spent a lot of money here and was not satisfied with my outcome or service, I never even asked for my money back, but that sure would be nice.
