Absurd to even thinking about doing business with these people which best excuse is "we are are just an intermediary". So unprofessional and detrimental to humans who really work in this even more ridiculous country every single day that pass. Going back and forth with simple transactions. Personnel on affiliated offices do not know some of the processes for effective customer care service. Ridiculous how the option for customer care over the phone does not work ever. Not reliable over the weekend and stupidly expensive. Just another trick from the system to suck your pockets off.
