    Robert Pauley: Do not go with this company, as a teacher in Osceola County, they assisted with our retirements and I find out they stopped managing our accounts through Horace Man, like wow, no email, no letter then was like over a year ago and no one knew. How many teacher signed up with Leon with his free lunches at school then dumped, his phone doesn’t work, I have left emails and calls and never heard from them, no call back no email back, embarrassing. If you are a teacher in Osceola County and you have retirement accounts with them, well they haven’t been in control for over a year! But no call back or respond on email is ridiculous, go with someone else…good luck Coach Pauley

    Mrs.Morales: Since before the 4th of July, I have been attempting to receive a quote from Maria Rexach at Brightway DeJorge Agency in Kissimmee. I explained to her the need to receive a quote right away due to my insurance/mortgage going up. I provided her with the 4 point inspection report, the Wind Mitigation report and still went several days with no answer. I received multiple back and forth emails with nothing but excuses as to why she was unable to help me at the moment. I called for a follow up several times and was always told she was busy with people in the office (For several days) or that the insurance sites were slow. I was promised several call backs that never happened. I finally said enough is enough and emailed her on 7/11 advising I would no longer need her service.(Not that I received any from her) I received no response nor an apology for the inconvenience. I proceeded to contact Brightway Insurance In Davenport The Hill Agency. I see that they have much better reviews than DeJorge Agency. Needless to say, I received MUCH better service from the Davenport office and as of 11am this morning 7/12, have already signed my new insurance application. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE KISSIMMEE OFFICE!!!

    Sonia Gonzalez: I’ve been with State Farm through this agency for about 18 years, ever since I started driving. The agent does a great job when signing you up spectacular, honestly. Once you’re in, you’re treated well… until you ask for a re-quote or try to cancel. Then, it’s a different story — lol. I recently asked for a re-quote after comparing rates with coworkers and friends. I reached out via email AND left a voicemail for my agent. I never received a response. That silence led me to look elsewhere, and I made the decision to switch. When I called to cancel, I was told there were internet issues and someone would follow up with me. That was weeks ago, and the process is still unresolved. It’s been a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. Out of respect, I won’t name names, but I hope this helps others. I really didn’t want to write this review, but after 18 years of loyalty, I expected better.
