2 /5 Abdulwahab Eisa: Had high expectations for this place but left very disappointed. My friend always gets her acrylics done and they always look good. So I decided to get a basic Mani/Pedi.
Well first, if you are a person who cares about sanitation and hygiene, this place is not for you since they donāt use new instruments for every client. The technician I had seemed to not be having the essential skills to do just a basic manicure, Or maybe she was not having the best day at work because she chipped off my skin 3 times. I stayed quiet the first two times but had to stop her when she cut a part of my skin (my thumb) and started bleeding badly. She was not even being professional about handling the blood and was adding stuff that burns the skin so much while using a brush that was used on several customers before. Thank god there was a pharmacy nearby and the pharmacist handled it very well. Otherwise, it wouldāve got infected.
I have been to a lot of spas, all around the world and in Miami, and never had an experience like this. I felt so bad for telling the technician to stop, but as I client, I didnāt feel comfortable and it was the smartest option to just let her stop.
The manager is very welcoming and tried to communicate with me about this. However, when you say you have been professional for 7 years and nothing had happened like this before - & showing me your old work on Instagram while my 3 fingers are bleeding is not very convincing for a new customer. If this never happened before, the technician shouldāve stopped and not continued cutting my skin 3 times, and just say āsorryā.
