1 /5 Haydenisse Gonzalez: The first time I came here, 2 weeks ago, I got the best service from a younger female tech. I thought this is great I finally found a good nail spot. Today I was serviced by an older woman. She was super rough and hurt me several times on my toes and hands. I instinctively jumped but didnt complain. I came in with dip powder on my nails which is supposed to be completely removed yet she used acrylic to refill my nails saying that it could be done that way. I asked for deep french with blue tips and even showed her a picture. She did one nail perfectly with the thin brush & showed it to me. I said perfect! Then she proceeded to do the rest by making thick blue lines and removing access with acetone. I am so disappointed after spending $75. Its so wrong to be charged so much money and have someone work so sloppy and carelessly. I guess my search for a good salon continues cause I will never be back to this place. I will add photos of what I asked for vs what I got for context.
UPDATE: I left there and drove right across the street and happily paid to have this mess removed & get a fresh dip powder overlay. It was worth every penny. Adding a photo of the ombre dip "bubble bath" nails I got across the street at Lavish Nails.
