Susan Kubitskey Dec 19th : My husband walked into Pancare this morning with an inner ear infection and was told to come back in February! They can’t see him because it’s Christmas week. We have been an established patients there for years, and seen the quality of care diminish in the last two years but this the last straw. We are now looking for a new primary provider.

tonya Bowers Dr. Haynam at PanCare Health saved my vacation! I had swelling in my jaw and couldnt open my mouth wide enough to eat any seafood! I walked in to the clinic on a Friday morning. They not only worked me in, he took X-rays and diagnosed an abscess. He gave me a strong antibiotic and I was better within 24-hours. He recommended I have a root canal and crown. His officed called last week to see how I was doing and if I had any complications. I highly recommend Pan Care Health and Dr. Eric Haynam.

Brandi Vanderhoff Was in PSJ on vacation. Was bit by something on my right foot. Checked their website & it showed ‘urgent care’, among other ‘services’ (primary care, dental, etc). My foot was swollen, had a large blister & I wasn’t able to walk well. My family & I went in to see about a ‘walk In’ appointment. The girl at the desk said they are a primary care provider & only take urgent care appointments/walk ins, when there is availability. What!? There was ONE lady in the waiting room. It was about 10am - they were not busy at all. I asked where she suggest I go instead. The ER! Such poor service. This area is full of locals & tourists. There isn’t a designated urgent care closeby. If an office is going to offer that service on their website, they should see the patient.
