2 /5 Yesenia Guerra: Everyone was really nice and the classes were great. However, after I cancelled my membership, apparently, it was not properly documented in my account and they continued to charge me. When I noticed the charges, it took 3 calls over the span of 2.5 weeks to get someone to call me back to discuss further. Once someone finally did reach back out to me, she said because my account was not properly noted, that she could not reimburse me. My advise: If you try to cancel your membership, make sure you receive the confirmation via email or in writing.

4 /5 Swehllen Tasso: The concept is really cool, the gym is beautiful, always super cleaned, the classes are almost never w full capacity. The staff is helpful. Just read well the agreement before give your credit card to them to put on file. When I signed up for 1 month of unlimited classes nobody explained to me that there is a $15 fee for cancelations on your booked classes (if you cancel w less than 6 hours). The AKT app also don’t mention how much is the cancelation fee. I realized that after checking my credit card. Not a good idea to book your classes in advance, unless you are sure that u are not waking up with a migraine or making sure that the traffic to FLL will work well. Better book it last minute. Well, other than that the gym is great. I wish they have more “tone” classes per week.
