A L 2024 I took off a star since they started 15 mins after my time . I also stood there for about 5 mins while the front desk person was on the phone. She could have acknowledged my presence but eventually someone else came in. Once in the back the privacy was lacking since another patient was within an ear shot. 2025 I have been to this location a couple times early last year but it was an ok experience initially. I was informed that I need a couple fill ins. I got them and have had pain ever since when I didn’t have any pain before. I went back explaining they said they don’t know why I have pain maybe I should go to the regular doctors. This turned me off to them honestly. I looked elsewhere for a periodontist but with my insurance it’s been harder. So decided to come back. They called me to confirm the appt with the wrong time. I was at work and wasn’t sure the time but I said ok. I realized when I got home it was the wrong time. So I woke up early and called 7 times before my appt to actually confirm but no answer for a straight hour after they are open at 8am. I show up based on the original appt time. It was an error by them which happens but not answering it’s a problem. I show up 3 mins past my appt. I waited for 45 mins which is ridiculous. The person doing my suction was paying attention since she was busy singing. I kept choking on the water. I get the same thing. I’m charged the same amount but the did less work than normal. When I asked why the change they said I must remember it wrong like what the heck. This visit today was my last. If you don’t have insurance then maybe this place is an option.

John 13:7 They treated me with personalized professionalism. Its a dentist office and it can suck sometimes just having to be at any doctors office. Its really appreciative when they make it an easy and fun experience. The staff smiles and lets you know everything that is going to happen. They make sure your comfortable and are really good at what they do. My doctor has stay hands and it makes for a quicker and more successful result. Get me good and out of there with me not even feeling like I was there long. I hear stories of a few other places - Im thankful that you make this tuff time in my life am easier one.

Kylie Mist Terrible experience! I went before Covid with a toothache and had a tooth pulled and a treatment plan for a root canal. But, the tooth stopped hurting. So, I thought everything was fine. Fast forward to present day, I went in for antibiotics, pain relief, ans a treatment plan. But was met with a very rude dentist that doesnt care about any pain that I am in. He acknowledges I needed more work done but, refused to give anything but, saying take meds over counter. I did not have any medicine allergies but, I told him I needed alternatives to NSAIDs if they had any. He refused to give me anything for pain and was not going to give me any antibiotics until I mentioned it. I have never been so disappointed and disregarded while in pain. That is the most repulsive treatment ever! Better off going to teledoc at least they listen. I doubt the recommendation would help if the people act like he does. Like he wouldnt prescribe anything unless i insisted. Best nurse aside from that.... Do not come here!

She kept me informed of what she was doing, and why. Dr. Bell was also very personable and knowledgeable, explaining everything I needed to know about my exam. Both of them were very thorough. Richard Pyle Dr. Hannas office is friendly, efficient, and extremely clean. I trust Doctor Hanna and I know 100% that he and his staff care about my familys dental health when weighing and deciding on a plan to address our issues when they arise. He believes in dental maintenance which improves our chances of not having serious problems with our teeth. I highly recommend this Practice for exams, cleaning, and any dental procedures that require corrective action.

Nicole Green Always a pleasure seeing my dentist, which is not something people can say honestly or often. However, I actually look forward to my visits. Dr. Hannah is such a GREAT dentist. My family and I have been seeing him for years. All of the hygienists are well-skilled, pleasant, and lovely people to be around. Everyone is professional and, as a whole, making an incredible, trusted team when it comes to handling an uncomfortable visit for most. My most recent visit, I was seen by Dr. Bell, who has been transitioning in. He’s been very thorough and already feels like part of the team. I choose to drive an hour away, passing plenty of reputable dentists that would be a more convenient location. However, I choose Dr. Hannah & Associates because they are really, just that good.

The other hygienist I’ve had in the past was also amazing; very friendly and thorough. The doctor is very friendly and approachable! my first appointment with them earlier this year brought me coming back; I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, and the doctor did not make me feel judged at all, and helped fix my teeth!

J This was my first visit with Atlantic Dentistry and I can say that I had nothing but a positive experience. From the time I walked into the office and spoke with the front desk staff (Suzanne) to the hygienist (Shelly), treatment coordinator (Jessica ) and Dr. Weaver . They were all professional yet friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. There was a very short wait time until I was called into the exam room, it was easy to schedule my follow up and my initial appointments. The waiting room was comfortable, with a flatscreen TV and we were offered the option to make ourselves a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker. I highly recommend Atlantic Dentistry.

You aren’t just a number getting rushed through the door like some of these larger, venture capitalist backed dentist offices. Kristy was a lovely dental assistant! I had an accident on my honeymoon then resulted in my two front teeth being broken! A friend of mine referred the office to me while I was still out of the country on my honeymoon. I was able to book an appointment from the airport and they were able to fit me in between appointments the very next day. They were able to make my broken teeth like new and not only that they made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Blankets if you’re cold, massage chairs, TVs on the ceiling with headphones, I’m really blown away. I haven’t even been gone for a couple hours and I’ve already told four or five of my friends about how wonderful this office is. I am now a lifetime patient. Kalen Keele I had been going to the Town Center Aspen for a couple of years, but after a few bumps in the road, I decided to switch to this Aspen location—and honestly, it was the best decision I could’ve made. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. They’re genuinely the sweetest people—kind, patient, and just really cool to be around. The dentist is absolutely wonderful, and the dental surgeon? A total magician. I still don’t know how he made my wisdom teeth disappear so fast—blink and it was gone! The whole office has such a warm, calming vibe. It doesn’t feel like a typical dentist’s office at all—it feels like a place where you’re truly cared for. I’ll always recommend them to anyone who asks (and probably even if they don’t!).

Brian Nowack Dr. Tapnio and his staff all go above and beyond, in every aspect of dentistry. He is the best dentist I have ever had and will always try to do the least invasive procedure first, unlike some dentist who just start pulling teeth. His front desk is also awesome with the reminders and can help you with programs that cut the cost in half.

Michelle Fancher Really Dr Tapnio is really great. I should have stayed with him to begin with. He knows his stuff. He knows how to do everything rather than being referred out to this dentist, that specialists. If you dont have insurance, he has you covered. He has cash rates. He understands and well take good care of you if you are scared of dentist or have had bad experiences. This is a year. I have to give my teeth taken care of before it becomes a health issue.

Nafije Durmishi Mixed experience – good staff, but refund issues and hidden network details. On 12/7/24, I visited ASAP Total Dental Care in severe pain. After an estimate of over $1,200 for four wisdom teeth, I decided to address just the one causing the most pain. To schedule the extraction for 12/10/24, I was required to pay a $314.25 "deposit" the same day. Later that day (not even 2 hours later), I called my insurance and found out they were not in my network. While the estimate they gave me did include small print mentioning this possibility, it wasn’t communicated to me directly that I needed to verify it myself. I immediately canceled the appointment and requested a refund. The manager informed me that refunds are processed only once a month, which felt unreasonable given how quickly I acted. The refund was finally processed on 12/28/24. While I appreciate eventually getting my money back, waiting weeks for a refund is excessive. I also requested the X-rays they took (covered by my insurance) for my new, in-network dentist. Despite several emails and a voicemail, I never received them and had to get new X-rays taken. On the positive side, the office is clean, and the staff—including the front desk team, hygienists, and dentist—are kind and professional in person. Unfortunately, the lack of upfront communication about insurance and poor handling of refunds and record requests detracts from the overall experience. If you go here, be sure to verify for yourself whether they’re in-network. They won’t tell you directly, but it’s in the fine print.

Susan Keeper I recently moved to Jacksonville and chose Sage from a recommendation from my dental plan. The front desk people were extremely pleasant. The 2 technicians and the person who reviewed my X-rays and checked my teeth were wonderful. However, I observed some extremely unprofessional behavior from one woman. She snapped at my tech while she was performing the 3D x-ray, and she came into the area without any reason or explanation. I asked the tech if this is typical? the tech just stared at me. Almost scared to answer. I went back to the room and while completing my initial exam, that same person was snapping at the tech assisting the patient in the next room. She was abrupt, mean and unprofessional. I’m 71 years old. At my age I do not have to put up with such unprofessional behavior. If she is going to treat her staff with such disrespect, what the heck is she going to do to my mouth. I asked if the woman was the Dentist . The tech nodded, yes. I politely said, I’m not going to let anyone who acts like that anywhere near my mouth. Upon leaving, I quietly told the employees, “You do not have to work in a place that treats you so poorly. I calmly walked out. Never to return.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The entire office is beautiful, clean, and well-organized — you can tell they really care about their space and their patients. Every team member I met, including Wanda, Jack, Rod, and Carlos, was kind, compassionate, and thorough. I especially appreciated how honest and transparent Dr. Jack was with me. He walked me through everything that actually needed to be done without pushing unnecessary treatments, which is so refreshing in this industry. They stayed on schedule, explained everything clearly, and made me feel supported and informed throughout the entire process. Dorilyn McAfee I have a history of dentophobia due to childhood trauma. When I walked in this place I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. This was the best dental experience I have ever experienced. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Receptionist Kayla was super sweet. Allen who helped me with the financial aspect was very knowledgeable and informative. Everyone is so knowledgeable and they take the time to explain in details. From my first encounter with Madison and Dr. Mike I knew I would be in good hands. My second encounter with Paige and Dr. Mike they made me feel so comfortable I honestly let all my fears disappear and I was able to relax and get all the work done. Wanda was so sweet and kind. Carlos was amazing as well he is the office manager. I will 100% refer this Dental office to all my friends and family. Thank you to all of you and my new favorite dentist Dr.Mike.
