1 /5 savanna rastrelli: Very inconsistent work lately spent thousands of dollars here for our wedding rings when it came time to get the size changed their sizing fit and then when I got my rings one fit and one didn’t after an hour of trying to explain to them I’m not paying them for their mistake they fixed it for free. Then continued to call me telling me my ring was ready they started to argue with me again about the ring size bringing it up again. Then go to pick my ring up and again assaulting me with the ring again. I will no longer do business with them any more and don’t recommend them to anyone. They will treat you great until it’s time to admit to their mistakes and fix it.

Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you dont find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago! In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me. When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didnt have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessicas guidance and support, were over the top. I cant wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, Im not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!) Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. I will definitely be back for normal cleaning services and for any future jewelry needs. You guys are the best!
