Jo Ann Cycon: I have made quite a few purchases since I stumbled upon them on FB. I am in the process of making my first return for a blouse Tiered Elegance. When I removed it from the cellophane package to press it I noticed the the two of the three bow appliques were incorrectly and the reverse side of the tie was showing. Unfortunately you cannot fix this. I had to email to return it, purchase a return label and leave it on my porch for a carrier to pick it up. It hasn’t been picked up yet and I find it odd that they only communicate by email and there is no customer service representative to speak with. I am dubious about making any further purchases. I think there package is also poor.
Remedy Pawn and Jewelry - Palm Bay
Andrew Thompson: I first came in to sell some jewelry after looking at reviews online. The staff was polite and after agreeing on a price made the process easy and enjoyable. I have been in a couple of times to sell, and have had a positive experience each time.

Paradise Pawn and Jewelry - Melbourne
Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt): The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.

Tiffany Morrow: I debated on writing this review, but I think people have a right to decide who they purchase from. We were shopping on the strip and decided to stop in to this shop because of the interesting decor we saw in the window. My friends and their daughter (white) walked in and were greeted normally. I walked in with my daughter (Asian mixed), and the woman was immediately hostile. She asked "Are you together?", pointing to my friends. I answered in the affirmative and she seemed miffed but allowed us in. I figured at first that maybe it was the heat and she might not want a big group in at a time. I smiled and just went looking at the clothes. The woman started telling my friend her shop had gone viral on TikTok (unsolicited). She also told us how things range from $95-$500 as if we cant afford it (though truth be told some of the clothes were in rough shape to be charging so much). I continued to browse. Saw a top I liked and asked if I was allowed to try on. The woman said "Only if youre going to buy. This isnt a Ross." That was my signal that this place just wasnt for us. My friends agreed and we all walked out. Im not sure what exactly the ladys problem was with us, but it was very unwelcoming.
