Christine Hicks: Strength & Stretch was a great addition to my weekly workouts. Milly is an exceptional instructor. The class combines low-impact strength training with stretching exercises. This week, we concentrated on hip and shoulder mobility, two areas in which I greatly needed. I cant wait to see what the next session will entail.
