1 /5 Christina T: I requested a quote on 7/17 from Matthew regarding immediately needed homeowners insurance. He asked for information that I supplied immediately and he advised he would get back to me asap. On 7/22 Í still had not heard back followed up again and he said he had gotten one quote however didn’t advise until my follow up unfortunately due to the delay in responding the time it would have taken to go through underwriting was already more than half over by the he advised and therefore we could not go with that insurance which ultimately would have costed us thousands less, he advised he had additional companies and again would get back to me. Today is now 8/17 almost a month and still have yet to receive a follow up, not that it matters anymore as we had no choice to find a different broker again costing 1000’s more than if he had followed up immediately. Therefore not only did he lose business but lost business for the person who owns the insurance brokerage. Terrible customer service and completely unacceptable not to follow up with a potential client as well as unprofessional. Think twice about contacting this company and if you do make sure to ask for a different broker in hopes they will follow up.
