    Sonia Gonzalez: I’ve been with State Farm through this agency for about 18 years, ever since I started driving. The agent does a great job when signing you up spectacular, honestly. Once you’re in, you’re treated well… until you ask for a re-quote or try to cancel. Then, it’s a different story — lol. I recently asked for a re-quote after comparing rates with coworkers and friends. I reached out via email AND left a voicemail for my agent. I never received a response. That silence led me to look elsewhere, and I made the decision to switch. When I called to cancel, I was told there were internet issues and someone would follow up with me. That was weeks ago, and the process is still unresolved. It’s been a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. Out of respect, I won’t name names, but I hope this helps others. I really didn’t want to write this review, but after 18 years of loyalty, I expected better.

    Jul Medina: I dont even know why I waste my time but I think it is a way to vent. Absurd to even thinking about doing business with these people which best excuse is "we are are just an intermediary". So unprofessional and detrimental to humans who really work in this even more ridiculous country every single day that pass. Going back and forth with simple transactions. Personnel on affiliated offices do not know some of the processes for effective customer care service. Ridiculous how the option for customer care over the phone does not work ever. Not reliable over the weekend and stupidly expensive. Just another trick from the system to suck your pockets off.

I had some issues with receiving compensation from insurance companies on a reliable schedule—one month it was the second Friday, then the first Friday the next month. Thankfully, the team at Health Insurance Store worked diligently to sort everything out with the insurance companies. Theyve assured me that payments will now be processed either on the first or second Friday of the month. I understand that the delay was more on the insurance companies than the Health Insurance Store itself, and I really appreciate how great theyve been to me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their service! Hopefully its first Friday again though! haha
