1 /5 Sarah Franklin: We have spent about a couple thousand at this place over 5 years, purchasing various items. They have a good selection and fair prices. BUT… 1.) the diamond studs we bought did not have backs that fit ($400). The owner pretty much said too bad. 2.) we bought an antique diamond & emerald pinky ring, ($300) one of the emeralds fell out. So the stones were never checked to make sure they were secure. And could not find a replacement stone. 3.) we bought a hold bracelet for $500 and the clasp was not secure. And it was lost because it fell off my wrist. So buyer beware!! Double check your purchases. This is a shady operation.

Impressive selection and great customer service. I have in the past brought watches to them for batteries. I highly recommend them before you go to a retailer.
