They were responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, as is often the case in Florida, the rates were still quite high, and I wasn’t able to make the switch at this time. That said, it was definitely worth reaching out—they made the process easy and were transparent with the information. I’d still recommend giving them a try if you’re shopping around for coverage.     Mostafa Bassiouni: Lee Atkins and his team are superb. The home insurance renewal declaration that I received in August 2025 did not take into consideration the fact that I replaced the roof in March 2025. Daniel and Gisell were very helpful in updating the roof information. The insurance carrier took only 3 business days to reflect the update and reduce the premium. The office of Lee Atkins provided me with excellent service.

    Pie Jenni (Jennie Pie): I dont even know where to begin.....There are no words for the level of customer service this company provides. My son was in an auto accident, and was having a hard time navigating the process of what he is supposed to do after the accident.... When he received a letter from the DMV concerning his accident, he didnt understand what the DMV was requiring from him, and neither did I.....He called National, and asked if they were familiar with the letter he received , and they were not. The letter was 6 pages long and had sbout 8 different option he needed to do, but only if step a was this then go to step b, or skip step b and do c,d,& e instead.....very confusing! The next day, ONE OF THE MANAGERS FROM NATIONAL DROVE FROM ORLANDO TO JACKSONVILLE to help! He sat down with us and read the letter, (which is 6 pages) and explained it to us step by step so we could understand what was being asked of my son to do. UNBELIVEABLE! I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude, & tell you how thankful I am. You sir made a difference. Because of you, myself & my family will remain loyal customers for life. Please dont ever change. Thank you for everything! I will always reccommend your agency to anyone I hear of needing insurance.

    Fried52: If you can qualify as an applicant you wont find a better company to be insured with. I could go on and on about my few experiences when I needed my auto insurance but Travelers always come through. From Customer Service to Claims to Billing Issues these guys have it down to a science. And most importantly their rate has consistently been the best rate or very competitive. At least enough to not bother to change when you consider the service you know youll get. Going on 10 years now as a policyholder.
