2 /5 Andrea Caraballo: I liked the engagement of the customer service with my agent on the phone but, it was all a ploy to get me to work with them. After the job was done and the money was taken, I was told they would follow up with a reciept and my papers to my insurance I waited, no response , I emailed, I called and left messages, and still no response. I wouldve liked to know where my money went. I had to receive my papers in the mail but, still no receipt for the transaction. I felt that the customer service was get the sale and be done. Customers are guests you would like to have come over and over. When, that happens those guests will bring other guests. Dont make people feel like a $ in your pocket.
