    Ami Shelton: Our family has been so blessed by Mr. Cooney’s talent. We asked him to set a diamond that my mother had given to my daughter into a gorgeous leaf engagement setting. Mr. Cooney sent us videos and pictures during each stage of the creation process. This made our experience even more personal and special. A few months later we requested he place my engagement diamond into a pendant that had the same details as the engagement setting. The result exceeded our expectations in every way. I must admit I was brought to tears when I first saw his creation. Not only have my daughter, myself, my husband and my parents been blessed by Mr. Cooney, but so will generations to come by the heirlooms we will pass down to them.

I went to sell something, ended up buying something and getting a better deal then what the tag originally was. Blaine was helpful, knowledgeable and really sympathetic.     Lauree Harrison: LOVE this store! The staff is so personable, knowledgeable and professional with a great selection of products! Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you dont find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago! In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me. When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didnt have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessicas guidance and support, were over the top. I cant wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, Im not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!) Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. I will definitely be back for normal cleaning services and for any future jewelry needs. You guys are the best!
