2 /5 Andrea Curran: They have cute dresses + rompers. Everything in there is adorable. But the vibe sucks!! The chic made my daughter and I feel uncomfortable and not wanted. Im not sure why..we both bought a dress. This made me not buy other items I wanted to buy. This prompted me to go online to their web site. They have all the same cute dresses, rompers, jewelry, so much!! Its all so cute and it costs less! Best part for me..I dont have to deal with some girl on a power trip, killing my shopping vibes!! While I was there a few different people walked in and walked out immediately. Kindness goes along way ♡♡♡

5 /5 Roxann Suarez: This was my first time going Francescas. What an inviting location. I was greeted with a very friendly Hello and welcome! If you need help! Her name was "Patrina" Boutique Manager. I was shopping for jewelry to wear for my daughters wedding. And I left with 4 pairs of earrings, a bracelet. Mrs. candle and a bridesmaid tumbler. I joined the free reward program. I only have 40 points left for my reward. Anyway, Thank you, Patrina. You were delightful and it was a joy shopping with you. Roxann

1 /5 Lyanne D.C.: False advertising going on here. I was going to buy a sweater that was on a rack that had signs all over it that read 50% off. There were at least four more of the same sweater I was going to buy on that same rack advertised as 50% off. I was rung up by one of the clerks, the heavyset one with an unhelpful attitude and she refused to give me the discount that was clearly posted all over that rack where those sweaters were.
