I went to 3 different jewelers to size one of the rings that was 3 sizes too big and none of them were ok doing it. I will definitely be back for any future needs!

Took it back to the big box store we bought it from and they were so awfully rude about the repair!! Wanted to charge us basically what we paid for the whole set just to replace the center diamond. Debbie at J & B was SO amazing!! She was compassionate, and helped me find an even bigger and better Diamond than what I had before!!! And their on-site jeweler replaced my center Diamond and cleaned my ring up and it looks so amazing I cried picking it up!! Will never buy jewelry anywhere else!

Over the years (3 solid gold necklaces from 10-18k , two Solid gold bracelets with one having white gold Intertwined within it & Two custom-made gold pendants, one boxing glove And one with the engravings of Philippians, 4:13 were purchased out of this location. Altogether, I’d say there was close to $10,000 -12,000 spent if not more. I will not buy gold from any other location. They always treat me like they’ve known me all my life. They are very fair on price. They’re very respectable. I can’t say enough about this business. If you want great gold, which is quality gold in my opinion Look no further than this location. I’d say you get what you pay for, but I can’t put a price on the hospitality they have given our family! I love these wonderful people. Stop in today if you’re in the market. We will surely be back! We did salvage pieces of white gold and a few diamonds. The owner created a beautiful pendant for me. I totally recommend this business. Im still AMAZED! The staff is great too! Shannon safely packaged it and sent it to me right away.

Dina immediately warmly greeted me when I walked in the store and asked how she could help. She was very complementary of my watch and took it back to see about changing the battery. When she returned, she explained the battery is old-fashioned and it does not need a battery. She kindly impatiently explain how the watch worked So now I can confidently wear my vintage watch and keep it working. She didn’t charge me anything for her services, and gave me a thorough explanation of the features. She was able to identify on my vintage watch. My day is brighter And I’m more knowledgeable because of Dina.
