Very knowledgeable on all jewelry we looked at. Wife bought emerald ear rings and an emerald pendant with chain.

She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help—more so than even the store manager. Cheryl took the time to listen, understand exactly what I wanted, and made sure every detail was just right. Because of her outstanding service, I’ll continue to use this location as long as Cheryl is there to assist. She truly deserves a promotion to store manager!
