There is a good mix of higher quality pieces and more special event jewelry pieces and also daily wear pieces all at GREAT PRICES. I have bought a variety of pieces from here (earrings, anklets, necklaces, bracelets, and more..) and they all still look amazing and I get many compliments as the store has timeless pieces but also trendy and fashionable selections in stock. May was the salesperson that attended me and helped me look for the exact styles I was searching for. She was very kind and knowledgeable of the store inventory and found everything I needed timely. I have also gifted pieces from here to friends and family and they have all loved them! The packaging that they wrap your purchases in is so cute and clever! Definitely check this store out!

I am very particular with my jewelry purchases, and Ive found Asi to be professional, patient, kind and accommodating during every step of the process of customizing a 2-piece lab created diamond wedding ring Set, comprised of a 5ct TW 3-stone ring, a complementary high-carat eternity band, and a 13.75 ct tennis bracelet. All turned out to be spectacular and more impressive than expected! Beautiful clarity, tremendous sparkle and shine, all-around! I receive so many compliments on a daily basis! In addition, I also plan to buy a 4ct set of stud earrings and soon upgrade one of my Rolex watches to a larger-faced model with this jeweler. I highly recommend Asi and his family at Golden Bay Jewelry for all of your jewelry needs!

Honest Jew: These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient

Super Flag girl: Couldn’t replace stud they sold defective. Purchased matching gold studs for me and my mini twice. Last purchase was fairly recent. When I attempted to wear the stud, the post shrunk into the stud and was defective. I returned to the store soon as conveniently possible. I explained the situation. I asked if they could fix it or replace it. The lady with the purple hair said “we sell them in pairs”. Said it couldn’t be fixed because it was hollow. She then communicated with a man and another woman employee. The man then began to alter it. The end result was some botched work, I wouldn’t put in my enemies ears. Won’t be shopping here again. It was easy to take my monies and give me defective products. It was difficult to make good and fix your wrong. Would you present such work to your love ones? If I could insert photo, I would.
